Pretty poor experience from the engineer not interacting ahead of visit and rushing off without any contact at the house.
Instructed a 'full' service, but the pump still has faults and the office are suggesting certain things are now not covered.
Could have done what was completed quite easily myself.
Engineer when he did arrive was polite and professional.
Expensive service....not good value for money. Won't use again.

From the initial telephone query, to the fast response, then the clear and instructive explanation from Terry at our home, Metro Rod (Norwich Branch) have been a pleasure to deal with.
Terry quickly explained his CCTV findings, and the immediate remedy work to be carried out. I suspect our sewer/drain issue may need further work, but I like the work practice of "little steps" to avoid unnecessary larger (more expensive steps). I will definitely use Metro Rod again, and am already recommended to friends and family. Oh, and much appreciated after care follow up phone call !

The guys who attended my property obviously knew what they were doing, worked hard until they sorted the issue and left my property in the same state as they found it, can't fault them.

Booked Metrorod after United utilities survey showed roots in our drain. The operatives were friendly and professional. They showed me the camera vie after completing the work and also jetted a gulley on our drive. The price was exactly as quoted when I booked over the phone and I will definitely use them again if we ever have any drainage problems.

Can’t praise Metro Rod enough. From Gethin in the office,to the guys who come out to do the job,they are all brilliant. Excellent communication and a thorough knowledge of what they are dealing with.

Had a technician today and they were fantastic, efficient and polite! ( I think his name was Luke)! Also came within the morning of the issue being reported! Thank you!

They came out and the man who sorted out the problem was very polite and helpful and it was all sorted without any fuss in about twenty minutes . I couldn’t fault them to be honest .

Best service ever! Young contractor very calm , pleasant and informative. Professional resolve to the problem and done so thoroughly. Came as an urgent call out and we were so relieved the issue was sorted 100%. The young man in question was very dedicated to the work at hand.I am a war Veteran from the SWA/ANGOLA War and he deserves a medal. I urge his employer to send him on a holiday all inclusive paid by the company because when you attend to 13-15 call outs a day you are a HERO.(This is my recommendation to a guy who has both character and personality!)My wife and I are much grateful for his service.

Excellent service as always

I have just received a recording msg on the phone about me not having paid. (Which I most definitely have 6 months ago.)
Adrian's msg said if i didn't call him within a week " I WILL COME AROUND AND VISIT YOU" can you imagine how scary and how angry I am knowing I've sent over 4 emails with bank screen shot giving evidence of payment in may. I phone him just. He started polite and then "LET" me know he didn't say that as his phone msg recording said. I have proof!!! Adrian also said. " he is sat in his office with his secretary and debt collection guy and they heard what he said to me . Talk about LETTING me know again his debt guy is there for me.
Don't use this company and definitely don't pay cash as they will probably say you haven't paid. Luckily I have the proof of payment and phone call!

From the very first visit from Metrorod to the completion of the job all the staff were wonderful. The gentlemen who did the actual work on my drains were all polite,friendly, speedy, efficient, punctual. They explained what they were doing and left no mess at all.
The office staff were also wonderful.

The guys from Metrorod went over and above as the survey proved more difficult than expected.
All of the Metrorod staff were professional and friendly and explained everything carefully.
