Very pleasant guys, failed on visit to find problems said they would come back. They returned but after looking under the problem something they would do.

Ethan was friendly, kind and the very model of efficiency and professionalism. He unblocked the toilet instantly and when i told him the property had once been flooded with sewerage he immediately sent a camera down to double check. They were asked to sort my blocked gutters by housing association. Turned up twice with no appointment fortunately I was home. They aren’t able to ‘work at height’! So we’re unable to unblock drains and gutters as they weren’t able to take them down. So all they can do is jet them. The two guys who came were understandably embarrassed that they couldn’t sort the issue

Came to replace a manhole cover that had rusted and had a hole in, called two days before to check if I would be home, I had a wedding to go to so wasn't going to be in, they asked if they could attend without me home and I came home to a sparkly new one and the path was all swept up

From emailing to fixing problem was just a couple of hours. Very efficient and highly recommended. Engineer was polite and informative. At some point I will get an invoice!

Had a really excellent experience with metro Rod, right from Daley who was quick & efficient with messages & arranging for our septic tank to emptied. The guy Paul who came to empty it was here when said he would be , doing a swift & efficient job. Would most definatly be recommending Metro Rod .

The workman who attended my problem were on time, respectful and very informative and fixed my problem with no trouble at all and were very efficient. I would definitely recommend.
