Worst company I’ve dealt with in a while … cut keys clearly from the wrong blanks and then did the same thing again .. both sets still won’t work and was then verbally insulted when I phoned to inquire what was happening … urgent refund requested but still waiting .

These people reckon they have it all made but when I sent a signedfor letter to them I received no acknowledgement or answer to my initial query. I since have had a "funny" reply but no answer to my email!

Terrible company. Ordered replacement keys and paid in full. Company never responded to multiple emails and never provided the key. Complete sham! Luckily Paypal refunded me my money. Don't do business with this company.

I was extremely sceptical about taking a photo of a very specialised safe key, and expect it to work, as there were also some (not many) negative reviews, but I have to say I was 100% proved wrong to have had any doubts. The new key arrived very promptly (took less than a week), and worked first time. Needless to say I'm very relieved, and would recommend 1st Metropolitan Locksmiths/We Love Keys without any hesitation.

They were very quick replying to my email inquiring on whether they can dublicate a certain key fob. They shared the price of dublicating the key fob and location of their office on the spot. I got my key fobs dublicated in literally 5 seconds from their office. 😃 They work perfectly.

Brilliant service. Turned up at the door, asked for 3 fobs and 2 keys to be cloned/cut. Was out the door after 10 minutes.

Excellent all round service! I need replacement keys for a lock manufactured 25 years ago. The first set they supplied do not operate it but I was quickly supplied with replacements which are working perfectly.

Great and quick service. Good price too. The building looks old and dodgy at first, but their offices are lovely, and staff are welcoming. Recommend.

My keys are unusual the first 2 copies received did not fit properly. I reported this and sent more photographs.
Two more keys were cut with specialist care and posted immediately and to my delight they fit perfectly.
Customer service is excellent and I will always use 'We love Keys - 1st Metropolitan Locksmiths Ltd' in future.

The service was very fast and it was nice, I will definitely come back again if I need to copy my keys

Importing from them was a nigthmare.
- They sent shipments through custom office with proforma invoices instead of commercial invoices.
- Commercial invoices, when issued, haded the following issues:
o did not have a unique invoice number.
o did not match with our payments done nor with goods shipped.
o did have VAT despite they were export invoices.

It was impossible to get the required alignment between what was ordered, paid, invoiced, sent through custom offices.

brilliant service, professional and gave great advice. I wanted a digital lock, The locksmith came to look at my door and gave sensible suggestions on options, he did not charge me for his time and returned after to fit the lock. He left a bit of a mess, as to be expected, but was fine as he would not have a hoover, and spent so much time on getting the lock to fit well, I was grateful. he had a difficult task taking over 2 hours in the cold. He did not complain and was very polite.

Do not trust this cowboys .
Dodgy

Had some very unusual keys cut last year from Métropolitan based on à photo of the master key for my holiday home. 9 months later when I was able to test them out they were not perfect.
After trying for adjustment by some local key makers I went back to Métropolitain in August. Their service and response was excellent. They made à tiny adjustment based on the Master key and sent me back two perfect duplicates. Very pleased. Thank you.
