BEWARE! The platform is super buggy and the reporting is TERRIBLE. So inaccurate and every month when we flagged it, they said every account needed to be re-synced. This never fixed the discrepancies between native results and just took up more of our time. I paid upfront and they refused to do a pro rata refund even though they cannot offer the service they advertise. Customer service awful and terrible platform.

I just had an awful experience with this company. Social media managers, beware!
Everything was fine until I canceled my account. That’s when things got weird. I had two accounts attached to one Facebook (it just happen that way for this account), but only one was active and on the basic plan. After canceling the active account, my inactive account suddenly became active and was enrolled in the basic plan. It took me a month to catch this, and when I did, the customer service was a joke. The rep was completely unhelpful. It was so bad! I couldn't even log into the inactive account because it was inactive! She had to activate it for me just so I could access it. If it was inactive, how could it have been upgraded to a paid plan? Clearly, there’s a glitch when two accounts are tied to the same Facebook profile or something. Then she just stopped responding altogether. That was fun...
They also don’t do refunds! So if something goes wrong, don’t expect good customer service. They’ll gaslight you, ghost you, and send you on your way with smiley face emojis. USE WITH CAUTION.

I love Metricool and recommend it to everyone managing SOME!
The planner and all the possibilities is just amazing, not like any other I have tested! But the best thing is when you have some issues, the customer service chat is just perfect. The service and help you get, I can`t say how much I appreciate this! Last one out helping me was Max, but I have been talking to maybe 10 different since I started using Metricool, and are equal pleased every time!
And yes, I have used Metricool private and for business for 2 years now!

Have been great customers but needed to delete our account it happened to have been charged for the following month and they denied a refund for a month that we we were not going to use. Have found many of the features to be lacking, such as IG story posting features and others that lack. Very disappointed in Metricool. We have never experienced a company that will not issue a refund of a product we will not use.
