VARNING

VARNING!
Jag vill varna för Metilde.com och dess moderbolag Socialfish AB (org.nr 559265-2072). Jag har beställt varor och betalat via Swish till 'Nordictest' (Socialfish AB) utan att få någon vara.
Vid kontakt med företrädaren har han skriftligen erkänt via SMS att butiken är 'nedlagd sedan länge' men trots detta har dem inte tagit bort varken hemsidan eller betalfunktionen. Vilket räknas som bedrägeri. Han vägrar att återbetala mig via Swish Företag, trots att jag krävt detta, och har istället försökt förmå mig att flytta transaktionen utanför bankens kontroll via privata överföringar.
Verksamheten är hostad via Amazon AWS i USA och är en del av ett nätverk som även inkluderar Nordictest.se och Swedish Treats. Ärendet är polisanmält och anmält till Konsumentverket.
Uppdatering: jag har blivit återbetald utanför företaget vis Swish men varningen ligger kvar då hemsidan fortfarande är uppe och aktiv och fler kan bli lurade.
