Very professional and great service, highly recommend

I recently used a mortgage broker from Metic Financial and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The broker was always quick to respond, explained everything clearly, and made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable.

I do not know much about mortgages, finances or the best mortgage deals out there but Ursene made me feel extremely comfortable and I and my mother were able to ask as many questions as we wanted. We were introduced to Ursene, when we weren't even ready to buy, and at the time, he took time to explain the process to us and what we needed to get ready when we're are eventually ready.

When we were ready, Ursene really took the time to understand what we were looking for and found the best deals with great interest rates and terms. We appreciated how he listened when we brought in options we’d found ourself and always kept our best interests in mind.

He also did a great job advocating for our offers with sellers, which made the whole process smoother and less stressful.
