I used the live chat function as I was waiting on a resolution from the previous day where they were having issues with issuing bonuses. I reached out because I had previously contacted them as I had 2 bonuses, one for 250 free spins and another for 75 that weren't working. I received an email about the 250 and they were activated and I used them. But no mention of the 75 and they were not available upon loading up the game I was told they'd be available on.

Dave on live chat was rude, unhelpful and dishonest. He kept repeating that they had now expired so there was nothing he could do and didn't offer any explanation to what had gone wrong and why the spins weren't showing yesterday on the game or my account but had now expired. Not even an apology which is all I really wanted to be honest, mistakes happen but it's how they're dealt with that matters.

He was so bad I requested my account to closed which he did do, without even responding to me before hand.

Quite possibly my worst customer service experience with any online casino I've used. Definitely needs further training on how to deal with customers as it was very clear he did not care or want to help in any way.

Normally with any online casino if you deposit & withdraw to the same card there should be no issue...not with these chancers. Some nonsense about "closed loops" because you once back in the mists of time used another card to deposit they want a bank letter to explain you no longer have the card even if your not trying to use it. I was denied entry by a member of your staff who claimed that I was drunk. This accusation is completely unfounded and frankly offensive, as I do not drink alcohol and have maintained lifelong abstinence. This indicates an extremely careless and prejudiced judgment on the part of your employee.

Given the nature of the false accusation and the subsequent refusal of entry, I can only conclude that I was a victim of discriminatory behavior, which I strongly suspect was racially motivated. To be refused entry to an establishment where I hold a membership, based on a fabricated excuse, is unacceptable and deeply insulting.

Nice casino but when it comes to promotions about bonuses it is a lie. I never received the bonus (FREE SLOTS if You send 10 GBP) as they describe it, its fake info.

If you withdraw ANYTHING they require two BUSINESS DAYS to PROCESS the request and then a possible SIX DAYS to get your money to you. It might be delayed even further if they request documentation.

No problem depositing, problem each time withdrawing. Made trustly deposit initially, "withdraw policy states can't withdrawl to wire tranfer" which is not trustly. Had to deposit agin using visa, then wanted statement with bic and iban on. Was impossible to get at first. Finally made withdraw. This time made sure to deposit with trustly and withdrawl to card. Wanted trustly bic and iban for bank, which total against trustly t&cs, proved i owned my account once more, then they said they procseed back to my account and to withdraw to trustly, no option available to withdraw to trustly to chose visa once more, now they protecting it to the visa bank via wire transfer!? All that cuffuful and they process it a way the originally told me I couldn't do.
