We hired Meta Techverse to build our website over 9 months ago. They were never able to deliver the functions we requested. They used a lot of plugins that continue to crash. Now the website is not working and they will not fix it unless we sign up for a maintenance plan. They do not answer phone calls and have not provided a backup of our website to us. Their customer service is horrible. I highly suggest you look for a different company and avoid the issues we are still facing with them.

They charged me $149 and did not do the work. I never signed an agreement and they never even did the work for the website. They literally copied my original website. I have chat logs to prove it. Alex Parker & Ray are scammers. Theyll probably change their pseudo-names when they see this. If anyone doubts me, I can show proof. Please refrain and save your money.
