Happy To Be A UMS Student
I'm so happy I made the decision to start at UMS. The courses are interesting and informative, the meditations are challenging, and the staff are exceptionally helpful. I can't wait to learn more from UMS and then apply that knowledge in my life and metaphysical practice. Anyone interested in exploring metaphysics further should strongly consider entering into UMS' program.

I would highly recommend the experience.
I thought the meditations were really helpful and the classes covered a great variety of topics. I have two suggestions. Consider renaming the class on Paganism, to Celtic Paganism, since the names used were all Celtic holidays. (My studies focus on Slavic Paganism, so it is glaringly obvious to me.) The other suggestion is to shorten the time it takes to get a thesis reviewed. It's good that the time is taken and it is thorough, but consider the difference of how long "a minute" is based on which side of the bathroom door you are on. LOL All-in-all I *loved* my experience with the University of Metaphysical Sciences. I learned so much and my degree has helped my career.

Thank you for your excellent suggestion on a change for one of our courses, we will have our team look into it. Coming from a practitioner, we take suggestions seriously. I love your reference to "depends on which side of the bathroom door you are on!" with the timing for the thesis approval. That was funny! Thanks for the chuckles! We had a bit of a shortage of staff for a moment, some family stuff our thesis supervisor had to be attended to. All is well now and we're back on track with thesis approvals. If it took more than 2 months (which is what we aim for) to approve your thesis, our deepest apologies. Thank you for your review of University of Metaphysical Sciences!

Excellent learning experience.
The website was easy to use and the staff are friendly and supportive. I earned my Bachelors Degree through a typical University and continued on with the University of Metaphysical Sciences for my Masters and Doctorate. I enjoyed the learning experience so much more than traditional school environments, and I learned and retained more information. I highly recommend this school if you're interested in metaphysical training.

I love this University
I love this University! I already have 4 degrees including a Masters in Management. However, I have longed for this very important and much more significant field of study - metaphysics- to get up and running. Our world needs this input, and it needs to recognise the importance of perspective. We are not dispensable bodies, we are indispensable souls, each totally important and necessary. The sooner the world realises this, the better off it will be. It is only our will that is needed to transform our global experience. The University is a major tool to spread this knowledge and assist all souls. The Metaphysical University provides the highest level of knowledge. The customer care service is impeccable. The lessons are very well thought out and the information given is faultless. I highly recommend the UMS to anyone who wishes to further their education in the field of metaphysics. There is no pressure to complete the courses given in a short time frame, this allows one to really absorb and to experience the knowledge given. I have been with the UMS for many years and would not consider going anywhere else.

I studied with the University and obtained all three certificates. The courses that were provided as well as the feedback from lecturers were of first-class standard. The communication between students and the lecturer is always quick, prompt and helpful.
I certainly would recommend a vocational education through the UMS.

Clear rules
Clear rules. Coursework was relevant and with good feedback from tutors. I particularly liked the hands-off approach which contrasts sharply with the 'mothering' approach of UK Universities. Feed-back on the Master's, PhD and DD theses was friendly, helpful and very positive. For me, all this summed to a truly pleasant and developmental experience.

I didnt enjoy the focus and time spent…
I didn't enjoy the focus and time spent on negative and strange primitive religions or insistence that I engage in spiritual exercises I had no experience in for a grade such as astral traveling. I would have enjoyed more focus on current spiritual knowledge and ascension information as well as healing frequencies and shift experience. Instead of old information filling the mind with unpleasant ignorant treatment of females in patriarchic "religion" and male created male "gods" and focusing on the shadow self. What you focus on becomes a part of you and I prefer to focus on positive information that uplifts and benefits creating a like vibration instead of the negative. I do think you're wonderful people who work there and wish you everything your hearts desire for your well being.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy the courses on world religions, shadow work or astral projection. Usually people like the astral projection course a lot! As for the shadow work course, they use the shadow work for clearing old programming and beliefs from the past. A lot of people are grateful for it and find it transformational.
As for our educational material on humanity's world religion history, true indeed, they were very patriarchal, but it's far from the focus of our material. It is important that a practitioner knows our spiritual history as a species though, especially since there are many different types of people who will come to the metaphysical practitioner from these religious backgrounds needing new guidance.
If you look at our list of courses, they ARE uplifting and inspirational, as well as our responses from exam faculty, always encouraging, uplifting, and helpful. If the student is dealing with past issues they want to make peace with, UMS faculty are there to help. Most students even in these reviews expound on how transformational the journey through our curriculum is.
The shadow work is meant to help those still dealing with injuries from the past to become more free and healed. Not everyone needs the shadow work though, especially if they did a lot of their spiritual homework before enrolling at University of Metaphysical Sciences.
We are happy to hear that you are not in the mode of needing to do shadow work! This is great news! This means you are ready for being a spiritual leader, healer and teacher! Thank you!
In the meantime, hopefully you can take the education around things you're not interested in like astral projection, shadow work, world religions and their history with a grain of salt. We do our best to help people free themselves from the past, but not everyone needs to do that work, as they have already done it. Hopefully walking through these courses gives you tools on how to help those who are still working with their pasts and outdated beliefs. There are many and that is why people like you who have transcended those are so necessary and important to the evolution of the species, one individual at a time.

Overall very well
Overall very well, but the portal needs upgrading and the subjects needs to be categorized per grouping (Bachelor, Masters and Doctorate) in order to make it easy to navigate. Lectures should not only be in meditation form and should also be like a class without music and interruptions only when suited.

Yes, we are upgrading our database and student interface this year. The lectures are in the written material, not the experiential meditations that come in audio form, though. However, that said, we are getting ready to put all the written material into audio book form, coming soon! That way students and LISTEN to the courses instead of having to read them, it will be great! We are really looking forward to this change, working on the audio versions of the courses now, which will be the lectures. There won't be music in those lectures, so make sure you download the new additions when they come. You have lifetime access to these courses. I have completed a BA, an MA and a PhD. with UMS, with my PhD. being awarded back in 2012.
The learning experience over the many years of study, was incredibly pleasant and valuable.
