The salmon looks great, it is a nice addition to our decor!

We had an issue with our first piece. It was damaged in shipping, bent in several places. I contacted customer services and they were quick to respond, stating they would send a replacement metal art piece right away. We received the second shipment in a very reasonable amount of time! I was very pleased with the artwork and the customer service! Great company!

I have ordered a few items so far from Metal-Plex that I love!
One of the items came with a blemish and Customer Service was wonderful replacing it.
It’s hard to find good service these days, if any…

Great customer service made my experience wonderful! The first wall art I bought seemed a little curved. I sent an image and asked for a refund. Instead they promptly sent a replacement at no extra cost to me. It has enhanced the beauty of my indoor space. We had just returned from Banff and wanted something memorable. Product was as beautiful in real life as it was on website. The artwork is double-sided so it gives it a little depth. Ordering was easy.

This acrylic piece is spectacular. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It’s covered by a plastic sheet to protect the finish. Peel it off and reveal the beauty. I can’t wait to get it up on the wall.

When I received my custom piece it was damaged by the shipping company. Contacted Sam at Metal Plex and he took care of everything and shipped me out a new one. Got my replacement in about a week. New one came in with no issues. The piece looks amazing!

Buyer Beware, After trying to get some satisfaction with 'PLASTICPLEX" (they claim to be metal) with no results I decided to send it back. It costs as much to ship it back as what I paid for the item. We are not happy with the product, plastic not metal, does not look like the picture. I decided to get stuck with the mountain scene I don't want rather getting screwed out of more money. Cut my losses.

Sent item same packaging and shipping 3 times and was damaged each time. I sent pics each time at their request and now no reply from email and no customer service on phone. Like others say they have stolen $140. Of my money and no communication available.
