First ever that is sustainable!
Very good program, helps to steady loose weight, the foods are tastefull and easy to prepare, with well known ingrediences. I was never hungry and to my surprise, there were no cravings, not even for chocolate!!! :)
The crew is superhelpful, whatever time of the day I wrote - from Európe- I always got the answer in few minutes.
The only thing I miss are the EU measurements - grams instead of handfulls, cups and spoons, etc.

I did lose
Well, I didn't lose the (wishful) 8 lbs with the Metabolic Flush but I did lose 1 lbs and I just completed the 3rd day of 10 of the Belly Blaster and I'm down 2 more lbs.

Program works...
I will start off with the good part. It works! If you follow it, it works. In my late '40s and early '50s, I went on many journeys after being very slim my entire life, and having to deal with hormones and not understanding that that's what it was. This worked like nothing else! The not so good is the process you go through. If you need to cancel anything like trial memberships, etc. Influx of emails are confusing. However, I did reach out to a customer service rep, and I got a live person in the email and they took care of my issue. Issue. It's my guess that some of these emails are automatically generated, so hopefully they have that situated in the future.

Good recipes, poor choice for selling personal information
I liked the variety of recipes. I absolutely was shocked to receive a ton of texts to try and sell me all kinds of other diet products, tea, pills, etc. all of which would make a healthy lifestyle unnecessary if they work. I’m sure it selling our information, but it would be nice if there was some integrity with who they sold it to.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
I was very impressed with the product and followed the one day "metabolic flush" and the 3 day "belly buster". I lost 5 lbs altogether. Being from the UK I wasn't used to the American way of selling which I found quite offputting. However if I was single I think I would have carried on with the programme but I don't think my husband would have wanted to change his eating habits and I wasn't prepared to make two different meals every day. It would have been too expensive for my budget.

It really worked
It really worked. The meals with sporta excersizes. I even didnt finish 10 day meal plan, because of private reasons. I did the excersize each day and meal plan for 7 days, and lost 2 kg. What didnt come back now for a month. My wight was 67/68kg, now 65 kg. So if I would do everything accordingly to plan, the results wpuld be even better. And the short 10 min excersize works - ideal for begginer or ppl with low activities- whith start to. And eating by this meal plan I dont want sweets at all :)

Since writing the review, I was later contacted by the company and after a couple of emails, we have resolved the issue, thank you.
The staff were very understanding and I was able to download the app and start my paid trial and an extra free trial.

Charged ongoing monthly- I wanted a one time purchase and turned down all options with monthly subscriptions but see I have been billed monthly since despite my efforts not to join a subscription. Very disappointed. I had two surgeries since signing up and have not had any opportunity to trial the program or to review my credit cards thoroughly. Only regrets about purchase.
