Worst customer experience, Buyers beware!!
I bought the book, but it wasn't sent straight away until I spoke with an onboarding specialist.
They told me that for the program to be effective I had to purchase XYZ products. Upon streaming the book and the meal plans, I could have tried to do it first without buying all the products that they recommended. I immediately cancelled the products within an hour, left a voicemail, and emailed regarding cancellation of order. I've emailed and called them multiple of times but it seems like they don't want to return my voicemails, emails and they keep telling me every 5 days that the number I gave them isn't ringing. They didn't have any problem calling me the first time but when it came to cancellation they don't want to do anything about it.
Anyways 8 days later the products arrived, I've been calling and emailing them and until now they are not interested in resolving anything.
They didn't even go through the supplement in details or gave me product details to review before submitting the purchase.
These people are a joke! Once they get your money, they do their best to avoid you or delay any rectification.
The don't have the decency to respond properly in the email. Please don't make the same mistake I did in trusting this company, they don't value customer service at all. They won't care about you.
I still have the products at home and I am yet to discuss the issue to a refund/cancellation specialist after almost a month of consistent emails and calls.
