Hacked account left permanently restricted with zero real support

My Facebook account was hacked in 2019–2020. Although I later regained access after proving my identity, the attackers created multiple business assets in my name that I never authorized (Good1, Good2, S3, and a business called S4 with a Ukrainian address).

Since November 29, 2020, these fraudulent assets have left my advertising ecosystem permanently restricted. The “Request review” button inside Meta Business Suite simply does not work — clicking “Send” does nothing, no case is created, and no human ever responds. I am trapped in an automated loop of help articles.

I even created a second Facebook account to start fresh, but that account was also restricted immediately, and I cannot even submit identity documents for verification. There is no clear support channel, no real escalation path, and no way to reach a human agent.

I am a software developer in Brazil building a SaaS for a client that requires the official WhatsApp Business API, which depends on a legitimate Meta Business Portfolio. Right now, I am blocked from doing my job because Meta’s systems still associate me with assets created by hackers years ago.

I am asking Meta to:

Remove all fraudulent assets (Good1, Good2, S3, S4) from my identity;

Restore my ability to create a legitimate business portfolio;

Provide a real manual review by a human specialist.

The current support experience is broken and unacceptable.

I feel like I’m stuck in a loop

I feel like I’m stuck in a loop. My account is disabled because of an outstanding payment. I want to pay, but no matter what I try—two different accounts, a credit card or PayPal, all with sufficient funds—nothing works.
Then I try to get support, and I’m in another loop. I can’t log in because my password is supposedly incorrect (it isn’t), and when I request a new password, it sends me back to the login page. Back and forth. While all I want is to run a simple ad.

This is the worst thing ever created. I am so annoyed. I created my fb when it first came out and didn't put my real birthday. I decided to upload my ID to fb an they locked me out of my fb and Instagram, and there's no way to get back my account?? or proper help or info??

I purchased the Meta Ray-Ban…

I purchased the Meta Ray-Ban prescription glasses, which by themselves are perfectly acceptable. The Meta AI addition to them is absolutely the worst buying decision I feel I ever made. I cannot tell you how many times I have nearly smashed my own glasses out of frustration. They will start playing music without being prompted. They disconnect other devices without being prompted. They literally lie to me on a regular basis. And the accuracy of answers to questions I ask of them is not even in the same conversation as other AI options out there. Meta's "smart" glasses are on a par with a 3-year-old as of January, 2026, in my opinion. Worst product I believe I ever purchased.

META CENSORING POLITICAL VIEWS

META censors left leaning political views. My account was restricted for seven days for posting Democratic views that did not violate any community standards. When looking into why my account was restricted I learned in "account settings" you should be given the reason your account was restricted and an option to fight the restriction. But when META is breaking the law by violating your constitutional rights, there is no reason given for the restriction and there is no way to fight it. Mark Zuckerberg you're going to pay for violating the rights of others. You're going to pay for not protecting children on your platforms. We're going to get you, legally and without violence. But we're going to get you.

"We Cannot Help You"... Meta's Official Solution to Their Own System Failing

Rating: 1/5 Stars (I would have given 0 but there is no such option)

I manage multiple café locations through Meta Business Manager. We added a new location using their official Store Locations feature over 30 days ago. The Facebook page was created, but the location never synced to Instagram's searchable database, meaning customers can't find or tag our location.
Additionally, the "Add Location" button on our Instagram business account is completely grayed out, so we can't add ANY locations to posts.

THE SUPPORT EXPERIENCE:
Support Session 1: "Create a location using Facebook Check-In"

Already tried. The option to create new locations doesn't appear on desktop or mobile.

Support Session 2: "Make sure your Facebook and Instagram are connected"

They already are. Everything is properly set up in Business Manager.

Final "Solution" from Technical Team (verbatim):
"Unfortunately we are unable to add the locations on your Instagram. As a workaround, kindly request your followers to share the live location when they visit your store."
Their solution is literally: "We can't fix our broken system. Ask your customers to do it."

WHY THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE:
We used their official Business Manager tool exactly as designed
No actual technical investigation despite "escalation"
Their "workaround" is technically impossible (customers can't create business locations)
Case closed with "we cannot help" as the final answer
No path to real technical support

THE RESULT:
After 30+ days and multiple support sessions, Meta's answer to their own system failing is: they cannot help. For a company generating billions from business advertisers, the inability to manually sync a location that exists in their own database is inexcusable.

WARNING TO OTHER BUSINESSES:
If Meta's Business Manager tools break, their support consists of:

Generic copy-paste troubleshooting
Misunderstanding your issue
"We cannot help you"

The case was closed without resolution. We're left with an invisible location and a broken Instagram account.

Very shitty support, probably hire agents in India or something that have 0 access to do anything, in-fact I believe AI is better support than them because it fetches the links and information faster than they do, which they literally just copy and paste already avaliable info.

Meta Shirks Responsibility by Denying Recourse

I briefly consulted for a company last year and was added to its Meta Business Suite to help clean up assets. Afterward, the other admin (a past employee of the company) removed herself, leaving me as the sole admin. The Business Suite had a legacy, permanent ad restriction from actions taken long before my involvement. Meta does not allow self-removal of the last admin in this state, and permits no appeal or recourse. The result is an indefinite, unavoidable attachment to a restricted business entity I did not create or control. Meta should be held to account for such lousy business practices.

My Facebook account was pernamently disabled with no customer support from humans, even If I provided all the details the system asked me for. No human review taken place, despite polite explanation from my side and all ecidence provided. I am disappointed with the customer support of this company. Have a nice day.

It is impossible to speak to someone

It is impossible to speak to someone. I have new Meta 3s headsets that stopped working at the same time after sitting next to each other. Not only is there no way to get to a person, after filling out all the forms, it says the Quest3s ISN'T ELLIGBLE FOR SUPPORT. In addition, I have tried to contact Meta business support because their ads have tons of bugs that often don't allow ads to run at all and have had the same issue of spending hours teyijg to speak with someone. Crap products and worse service. I will NEVER in my life buy another Meta product.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company. Charged me to boost marketplace adverts when I deliberately didn't ask for them. Changed me in most cases more than the items are being sold for!!! Have complained via email but no response. Stay away from them!!!
