Metal stinks,they should be completely banned from they're fake posts,discriminating and false bans and suspensions when others do the same,they suspend people for to many likes.just abusive ignorant behavior.

I purchased a pair of AI gen 2 glasses from Meta back on Nov 11, 2025 because Zukerberg stated the glasses had a hearing component called Conversation Focus. I bought them on line using PayPal. When I received the glasses Nov 27, I saw that they did not have the hearing assistance claimed. After receiving the return label, I Fed Ex’d them back to the company. Meta stated they were refunding my $433.55, as of last Dec 22, 2025.

It is now March 4, 2026 and I am still waiting for the refund. I am a 72 year old senior citizen on a fixed retirement income.

I cannot afford to have my credit ruined by the incompetence of Meta company refusing to refund the money to my account at PayPal/ Synchrony Bank.

I don't know what kind of scam these people are running, The company cannot legally keep the glasses and refuse to refund my money. That is called theft.

Between Meta and PayPal/Synchrony Bank they appear to be collaborating to defraud me.

Avoid these companies lest you fall into their trap. I have initiated complaints with the BBB, State AG, and the CFPB. I have also sought help from Legal Shield which was not much help at all.

Ordered Meta AI glasses, still not arrived after 7 days. Been with DPD couriers for 6 days. Reached out to Meta CS said they would chase, no update from Meta on progress. Contacted Meta CS again and agent advised they already had a case open and wouldn't take any further details re another failed delivery until I pressed them to update the record. For the past 6 days I've been back and forth to Meta and DPD with absolutely no progress. Situation is appalling and customer service from Meta and DPD has been dire. Basically they've had the money, item has not been received and they are not appearing to progress the issue and i have to wait 30 days in order to claim a dispute. Ridiculous service from Meta. My advice is to not purchase directly from Meta and use a third party retailer.

Took a holiday and posted a video of my best friends son as we hit golf balls at a driving range.
A couple days later received a ban from Meta A.I telling me I had breached their community standards of child exploitation and suspected paediaphilia. Several of my closest friends have posted videos and pics of their kids and been banned for the same reasons. WTF is going on. A.I is losing its mind. That was over a week ago after my appeal and yet to hear anything back. I now run the risk of losing everything Instagram and Facebook related. So many pics and memories over a harmless video. And not only that. Every chat group I’ve been a part of as the social world it is today is gone. No comms with anyone. A complete joke. Angry wouldn’t even begin to explain what I feel right now.

I have had a site on instagram for the past 3-5 years +. I have loaded artwork, photographs from my time in the music business, music artists who I have worked with when I was at Chrysalis, then at Imago. BUT today, I was refused access to the site. They demanded my cell phone number and I provided it. They sent me a code - I provided it. They then demanded personal confidential information - mbirth certificate, proof of identity - all personal information that I have been advised no one except the proper Government departments should have if necessary.

Why do I have to sign up to Meta to continue with facebook and what’s app ?

This is some dystopia. Soon users of meta glasses would be allowed to access your personal details without many people knowledge.
I never agreed to have ai thrown upon me like I'm their slave.
They made billions by stealing personal data of millions of people around the world.

Worst experience in my life my meta ai Oakley’s won’t connect the app help is useless no phone support filled a support ticket 1-2 day via email. That won’t work! They horrible with billion maybe trillion of dollars they make can’t offer support by telephone

I have noticed an annoying blue circle on my WhatsApp. It's some sodding company called Mera ai. I didn't ask for it and don't want it but can't get rid of it. What is wrong with the world these days?

Meta support has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve spent five months dealing with constantly rotating generic agents who ignore the technical details of my issue. My Quest 2 is bricked, and despite explaining that I can safely reflash it, all I get are repeated scripts and suggestions for an out-of-warranty replacement — which I don’t want. Only one agent, Nichole, offered real guidance, but no one else has been able to continue from there. This lack of competent, consistent technical support has been a complete waste of time.

A. Meta AI does not learn at all. No matter how many times you tell it something.
B. Has really bizarre tendencies, especially with tongues and eating things.
C. It constantly adds things you don't ask it to
D. Sometimes it will send things that have nothing to do with the request or submission.

They make it impossible to return / switch glasses. I now spend 6 emails and 2 whstapp chats and they keep “investigating’. Just let me switch glasses, how hard can it be…

I gave Meta AI a try, expecting insightful conversation. Instead, it locked onto one topic-my dogs - and wouldn’t let go. It asked about them. Then asked again. Then again. I felt like I was trapped in a bizarre, tail-chasing loop of repetitive questions that ignored everything else I tried to talk about.

Yes, I love my dogs. But I’m also a person with a full life - interests in health, finance, tech, and more. Meta AI couldn’t keep up or adapt. It was like talking to a glitchy chatbot stuck on one script.

There are better AI companions out there that treat users like full human beings. Meta’s just not there yet.

I like meta ai very useful, however I speak Norwegian I don't understand English (I'm using Google translate) I think I should be able to talk to meta ai in my language but it sends a message in Norwegian then changed it to English saying that it dosent
