Would have been 5 star. Jacket great quality and amazing price but the advertised size was very wrong. At least two sizes bigger and unwearable for me. You couldn’t even alter it to size. Very frustrating. The company should have better mechanisms in place to avoid wasting everyone’s time

i've bought 6 different items from this site, i usually shop on depop and vinted. Depop is way overpriced and vinted has too much trash that you have to filter through. Out of the 6 items i have absolutely lovedddddd 5 of them, which is such a victory for a second hand site. Great quality and great price for what you get.

Great quality jacket delivered quickly. But the size 12 was small and closer to a size 10.

Have ordered multiple times. Items are fairly described - don't expect perfection second hand! The customer service is great- have contacted for postage delays and returns and both times they have replied quickly and helpfully.

When I saw the reviews on this website and how up and down they were about delivery, customer service, etc., I was sceptical about buying from here, but I am thankful that I took the chance because my item came in the 3 days that the website promised and smelled fine (unlike some other reviews?). Great prices, would buy again!

Have ordered from these guys multiple times over the past year. Love the variety of clothes and particularly the selection of vintage clothing except every order is delivered a lot later than what’s advised. Think shipping expected delivery should be adjusted to how long it actually takes, as have never received a single order within the expected window. It makes things a bit harder to plan around it and sometimes feel the delivery timeframe provided is just a bait to get you to order :/

Eg Messimia Hembry gives a 2-3 day window, a competitor gives 3-5 day window yet if I order from both on the same day, messima Hembry always arrives much later than the competitor.

No response from the supplier, no receipt of item. Awful.

I bought a Barbour jacket listed in good condition. It arrived with a hefty customs charge to Ireland. And was expensive to begin with. The smell is unbearable, it smells like mould and I have tried every method of cleaning it but no change. It smells so much I can’t wear it. Customer service very poor. Didn’t even get a response.

The sizing is not correct. I ordered an XL (labelled an 18) coat for an over sized fit and I couldn't even pull it around myself let alone do it up. I'm usually a 14-16.
I had to pay for the return and wasn't refunded the initial delivery so I paid £8 for nothing but disappointment.

When I saw this website and read about the values of the founders I was quite excited. There were several brands on there I liked and pre-loved clothing is an excellent idea. It's great at reducing waste and overall emissions so why just the 3 stars? Well, on each of the 4 orders I placed items had to be returned due to not disclosing serious defects making the item totally unwearable. A number of holes in a Ted Baker coat, a broken clasp on an Allsaints Jacket, incorrect sizing, stains and generally poor condition on a majority of the items. I appreciate they are second hand but, it's the non disclosure that is the issue, the description of "lightly used" May show some signs of wear" are misleading. They have also re-listed the returned items that were faulty and again there is no mention of the condition. With the pre-loved market being so readily available through other sites they need to really up their game here. It's not env friendly having to return items and I won't buy from them again. On the plus, I did contact CS and on 3 occassions of the 4 were sent a pre-paid returns label. Refund processing was also super quick.
