I’ve came from their ads. Tried the free trial and I was very satisfied. It’s simple, and the UX is great too. Integrations are not that many but it’s ok. Increased sales significantly. Average response time is few minutes. We can adjust that on our settings. Amazing tool

I love this software
I love this software! It is a revolutionary platform that reduces customer service costs significantly. And it’s not like those scripted chatbots that diminish the users’ customer experiences, but their agent sounds and performs even better than a human being.
