This is the worst product ever. Full of bugs, customer support is the rudest and lack of knowledge. They just want to take your money and don't care about your problem, this is the scam company, scam product.
Terrible product and even worse customer service. They are more interested in trying to get $50 from you to test their FREE product but could care less if you actually become a regular customer. Their actions are quite clear that they don't care about customers or their product, only how to get you to give them money and then move on to their next victim.
I've had issues setting up the chat.
When contacting support they kept saying to look into the documentation, instead of reading my messages and answering me.
Their documentation is terrible, and turned out to be wrong too.
The same happened when we contacted them about 18K messages being logged, when we only saw about 100 in our end.
We also had connectivity issues, which we reported.
Support did not help with any of these, and told us to look into our own code.
In summary:
Horrible product, bad documentation, and terrible support.
Won't use again, and won't recommend.
I'll look for other places to give them 1 star if I'm able.
