I have to admit I was a little nervous about ordering currency online, I hadn't have to do it for a while and certainly not since living in France.
The process was straightforward and quick, paperwork / process on Monday, arrived securely on Thursday.
All good, feel happy to recommend and would definitely use again in the future.

Efficient online service
Efficient online service, good exchange rate. The only negative was it tool a few days for the delivery and not within 48 hours as advertised. I wasnt desparate for the cash within that time so was still satisfied overall.
Would recommend.

Made two coin purchases at Merson in May they made me use a credit card and incorrectly coded the transaction as a cash advance. Totally incompetent staff. Got hit with additional fees. My last purchase with them.

We don't understand your comment insofar as we have invoiced you the real price of the coins without taking any charges and we have given you the corresponding invoices.
If you wish, we can send you the invoices and the corresponding tickets that you signed (if so, please send us your e-mail address).
We believe that your bank has taken charges for converting dollars into euros that we do not control, and it would be preferable for you to contact them directly.
We remain at your entire disposal and regret this inconvenience which is not attributable to us.

It is a real fraud
It is a real fraud, I paid 2200 euros for a coin that they have never sent, I asked them to send it by UPS and they said no because they were stealing.
Supposedly they send me the coin by post France and the tracking is not recognized in Spain and they tell me that the package has not arrived in Spain, that there is no information about it.
On top of that they send it without insuring the shipment
Total money lost and coin not received
They don't even answer my questions. Of course they are not interested, they have already done the fraud.
