Satisfied with the contact of the customer service!

Doesn't fit your skin color at all!!! Looks like a white powder on your face!
Meroda has a sticky structure and very visible on the skin like cement! This foundation doesn't fit the color of the skin, looks very white like a white clown or a geisha make-up! Very dissapointed! I will look now to get my money back!

es tut uns wirklich leid zu hören, dass das Produkt nicht deinen Erwartungen entspricht und nicht gut mit deinem Hautton harmoniert. Wir verstehen, wie frustrierend es sein kann, wenn die Foundation nicht richtig verblendet wird.
Unsere Changing Foundation ist darauf ausgelegt, sich dem Hautton anzupassen, aber wir erkennen an, dass das Ergebnis nicht immer ideal für jeden ist. Für eine bessere Anpassung empfehlen wir, nur eine kleine Menge aufzutragen, gut zu verblenden und eventuell mit einem Bronzer oder Puder zu fixieren, um den Ton auszugleichen.

Wenn du Hautirritationen festgestellt hast, empfehlen wir, das Produkt sofort nicht mehr zu verwenden. Jede Haut reagiert unterschiedlich, und obwohl dies selten vorkommt, nehmen wir solche Rückmeldungen sehr ernst. Was die Deckkraft betrifft, so ist unsere Foundation für ein leichtes, natürliches Finish konzipiert, aber wir verstehen, dass sie möglicherweise nicht den gewünschten Grad an Deckkraft bietet.

Total disappointment!
This product doesn’t correspond to to the over exaggerated ads and descriptions!
It doesn’t cover pigmented moles, it doesn’t match the taint and it stays in wrinkles. The texture is pasty not smooth!

I'm really impressed. I was really skeptical and thought it wasn't true. But you've convinced me otherwise. It adapts perfectly to my skin tone. It doesn't look artificial. It makes you think you haven't worn anything. I'll definitely order it again. Great product.
