Visited on Wednesday to get a new tyre after getting a puncture early in the morning. Called and they fitted me in straight away. Professional, prompt and fiendly service. Always happy to visit here !

Literally saved my bacon today. I had originally booked for another company to change a flat tyre on my car. However, during the day while I was teaching my lessons, they decided they weren’t able to come and I’d need to rebook. I phoned Merityre to see if they had any of my side tyres available and said to come down and they’d look at the car. I got down to them for 4:45pm and asked if there was any way they could fit a new tyre today and they were able to squeeze me in. Honestly would not have coped without their professionalism and confidence today. I needed my car for tomorrow as wouldn’t be able to get to work and back. They were so helpful and calm and listened to me rant about a competitor company who I won’t name. I am beyond impressed with their service. Would give more than 5* if I could. The staff were helpful and explained some extra info about my tyres and tracking. Really appreciate the support. Also offered me the card of a reliable mobile mechanic for any future issues. Absolutely class service and would highly recommend.

Visited the Wallington branch today. Excellent service. Excellent value for money. My tyre was replaced immediately. Prices were better than other franchises in the area. Service impeccable. Will return.

Very good customer service at the Woking branch. I was able to drop the key off early so I wasn't late for work. Very polite staff. Well done.

We had two new tyres fitted in late August and returned to the Kingston Branch today for MOT. Both times the staff are excellent and efficient plus Prices are very reasonable. Also very punctual.Cheers Steve Waghorn

Alana was fabulous today. Merit is my ‘go to’ provider having usually shopped around. They are more than competitive, and all of their staff (Sean/Jacob etc) are great.

Used their Andover site several times now, always quick, friendly, quality brands stocked and decent prices.

If you got your own tyres and spacers on your wheels don’t bother to go there I waisted my time twice!

Another fantastic visit to Merityre Hook, this location goes from strength to strength under the cheerful, professional, nothing too much trouble attitude of the Manager Barrie Turner.
This time we took one of our cars in for an MOT and my partner was met by the tester Dave Clark who saw she was struggling with the parking as the car park was full and immediatly jumped in to help and took the car to the rear of the premises for the MOT, my partner waited in the reception and our car was brought out with the MOT duly completed.
A big thank you to Dave and all the reception staff at Merityre Hook for their attentive professional attitude even when they are extremly busy but most of all a big THANK YOU to Barrie Turner for running a fantastic Merityre location.

Visited Merit Tyres Southfields after dashboard message about tyre pressure. Usually it's busy but they were able to fit me in straight away. They checked all tyres and confirmed there were no slow punctures. They even removed the dashboard message.
Great service and staff were friendly and polite, as always. Glad to have somewhere so reliable so close.

I've used Merit Tyres Little Chalfont many times over the years without any problems. Today I had 4 new tyres fitted to my Honda CRV + the wheel alignments were checked & adjusted. 3 different fitters worked on my car & all were friendly & efficient. This is obviously a very busy branch, I was there for a couple of hours & was amazed at the constant stream of customers that kept coming, all the staff were working non stop & not once did I hear any of them moan, they just got on with it. This is a great branch which I highly recommend.

Merit Tyres Leatherhead - I’ve been using them for years - this week I’ve needed quite a lot of work done on my car and so I’ve been in the waiting room - talking to other women. We are all in agreement that Merit Tyres respect us - don’t treat us like fools and don’t try to rip us off. Highly recommend - especially to women - a safe place

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We brought our car that had a flat tyre repaired with sealand. A tyre was replaced, unfortunately THE WRONG ONE. We didn’t know it obviously. Then we drove, noticed very unbalanced tyres and brought it back there. They checked and told us all was ok! Week after we went on holidays to Wales, the car was still shaking. So we brought it to a local ATS garage and they immediately noticed the problem (the wrong tyre replaced).
Merytyres completely disregarded our safety despite two visits.

Had an emergency puncture as I hit a kerb, and so pulled in advice. Clearly they pushed for for a new tyre.
I asked for the best deal on a reasonable quality tyre. They quoted £110. So I agreed. I thought this sounded a lot so when I got home I checked online and their price online was £90.66 fitted. If I had checked on line before going in I would have saved £20. Basically they are cheats.

I have used the Amersham branch a few times for punctures at various times. Most recently, I noticed a slow puncture so went first thing in the morning hoping they could help me out. I got there for 08:00, and was done by around 08:45 with the tyre repaired and ready to go.

In my experience so far the guys have been helpful, trustworthy and get the job done.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Had a nail in one of my run flat tyre on my Mini Cooper so went to Merityre Southfields, Wandsworth, London who replaced it for me there and then and checked the others. I set the system to reset, then drove home but it failed to finish the system reset. I rang Merityre and the young man said that Mini and BMW are notorious for issues in resetting the system so may need to be manually reset. He advised me to call into the garage. I did this and they were very helpful, especially Michael, who explained patiently how the system works. Apparently it can take anything from driving at 20 30 40 or 50 MPH to get the tyre to the right temperature which the sensor in each tyre needs to reach to measure the pressure correctly. He explained that it may take a run on stretch of road where it could reach and sustain those speeds. He drove it on the A3 for a while, it didn't work, got a failure to read the tyre message. Off back to garage, inflated 1 tyre, I then tried again short trip on the A3. No joy. Back to garage, Michael scanned the system from the OBD port, found some fault codes, cleared them suggested another drive, come back Monday if necessary. Anyway I drove car 3 more times that evening. As I was about to give up, display showed 99% complete, so went on A3 again kept at 50 MPH for good 6 minutes and..... success, reset completed, display showing pressure reading for all 4 tyres. All at Merityre were very professional and helpful especially Michael, who from my experience is a great ambassador for Merityre and will surely be at Management level before too long where he can instill his great knowledge and customer care skills in the workforce.

Have used Merityres Southfields, Wandsworth for three years and have always been happy with them. Twice for a yearly service and this year, so far, for an MOT. Will have a service there before the end of 2024. They are honest and courteous and I trust them.

I have recently had an MOT and work undertaken at Farnham. They are without doubt 'across the board' a great team and a very honourable company to deal with. I would recommend anyone who hasn't used Merityre in Farnham to give them a try. First class service all round!!
