A scam.
Same excuse. Rates change quickly.
Issue is you dont get to stop the transaction and by then they have stolen another 10% of the transaction.

I made a transaction and it was stuck. I never received the money. I contacted their support it was just an AI generated response. It's more than a month and nothing has been done to resolve this issue. AVOID this platform.
