By far the best banking experience I've had.

Great solution. I wish they had a more automated way for transfers, but aside of that, UX is good, all is simple amd clear. Love it

I just received an email that Mercury will no longer be offering services in select countries, including my country. I don't know exactly what the reason is for that, but I have been prompted by them to withdraw any remaining funds and close my account. I haven't even been working with Mercury for half a year, and then they spring this upon you? I mean, why not notify me in advance that my country is scheduled to be on the so-called blacklist or ineligibility list. This just reeks of unreliability and for that reason I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I have been trying to open a business account with them since 3-4 weeks now. They did not accept a scanned copy of my passport and asked to take a photo using phone which I did using my Samsung galaxy. They again came back saying that they cant accept this because passport color was altered and asked to take photo using an iPhone. I don't have an iPhone. I really don't get the problem they have accepting scanned copy, US government and everywhere a scanned copy is accepted. I am now not going with them and looking for other options.

Great small business bank!
I've been banking with Mercury for the last 2 years and so far no complaints. Great app experience and no fees on most transactions.

My bank sent me a refund check for my escrow on the property that my company owns and you guys refuse to cash it and it's a big pain in my ass. I won't be using Mercury again in my next investment.

Mercury has been the back of my startup since 2020. I couldn't grow without their help. Every year they offer great add-ons and keep making my life easier.

Mercury is my business bank account from day one. They make everything super easy and this at lowest or zero fees. Okay, customers had to change bank accounts in 2025 which was a bit of a hassle, but Mercury supported the process as good as they could.

Mercury makes business banking so easy!
I switched to Mercury several months ago and haven't looked back. I love how simple it was to transfer all my business accounts and link them together in one dashboard. Mercury turned bill paying from multiple hours per month into minutes! And I was even able to link my personal account so I can see everything at once. Sending wires, ACH transfers, and even checks is super simple, efficient, and cost-effective (i.e. FREE!). Even small things like being able to copy the routing and bank acct numbers with one click and being able to click a button to create a signed letter indicating I am an authorized signer on my account shows that Mercury is thinking about the little things that make businesses more efficient. And I'm definitely looking forward to using the 1099 reporting feature in 2026. I really can't say enough good things about having switched to Mercury!

An international wire was lost! Mercury customer service is completely useless. Needless to say, I closed the account, and I don't recommend the bank for any sort of transactions. Go the old-fashioned way with proven banks. Those VC-backed FintTechs are there for the VC money, not to help customers. They are clueless about what helping a customer means. After their immediate and careful "we will follow up in privately" - NO response for 3 weeks now...BE AWARE, STAY AWAY, SCAM!
