I joined Mercor in mid-March and focused on completing all relevant assessments and refining my profile early on. Within about 2.5 weeks, I secured my first contract.

Success on the platform requires genuine effort. I spent several hours completing assessments, improving my resume, and learning how to navigate AI-based interviews. This investment paid off, both financially and professionally.

In just over a month, I was able to earn meaningful supplemental income while also gaining new skills and confidence. The experience has expanded my perspective beyond my clinical background and even motivated me to continue my education in health science. I’ve also found ways to apply what I’ve learned directly to my clinical practice.

It's fast-paced, project-based contract work, so you need to jump into onboarding as quickly as possible to get hours. The pay rate/structure is clear, and payouts come quickly. Have realistic expectations - it's not a secure job with known hours, or benefits, and you're responsible for your taxes. Be prepared to either miss out if you're onboarded late in the project process, or to dive in deep for the next several days or longer. It's interesting work and the projects I've been on had a variety of leadership styles, organization, deadlines and goals.

An innovative AI company offering lucrative writing, reviewing and leadership opportunities. I really enjoyed the project I was appointed to (Project Point). I was blessed to work with a plethora of professionals in all sorts of fields.

Was too hard to submit. Make easier for Kenya.

Did the training, which included several apps to download and accounts to create. Onboarding material says you can claim one hour of time for doing the onboarding and training. Completed all of it but some programs weren’t working, including the timer app to log time. Feels like a huge rigamarole for a tech company. Different sites required different emails - sometimes the one they give, sometimes your personal. Once I passed the test and was added to the project, I still could not access the specialist page I needed and there is only a useless bot to help. Put in a request for my 60 minutes of training, because timer wasn’t working, and it was denied. They could tell I did everything and was added to the project and had all accounts and pages set up, but still denied the hour of pay for training, so it was a total waste of time.

So far, I haven't seen anything other than projects with inflated rates. You collected great data without paying a single dollar, and today I get an email saying "calm down, your data has been stolen." It's pure fraud. Nice trick, Mercor.

Great experience!! I have worked for many platforms and Mercor is by far the best. The support you receive from Team Leads on projects is hands down the best in the industry. Communication is excellent, wages are fair, and expectations are clearly explained during onboarding. Unlike other platforms, Mercor also compensates you for project training.

Must be a scam site, only collecting free data to train their AI models. Applied for a job that I would have been the ideal candidate for, objectively. They didn't even consider me for the next step. There are multiple reports like this. There never is another step, those jobs do not exist.

The onboarding team was attentive they walked me through the entire workflow in detail before I set foot in the environment. Getting started was smooth, and the hourly pay was spot on. Genuinely one of the best freelance experiences I have had. Would recommend Mercor to anyone looking for structured, well paying remote work.
