乀Very disappointing experience with Merci chocolate.

The product shows an expiration date “01.10.26” with no format explanation. For U.S. customers, this clearly reads as January 10, 2026, meaning the product appears expired at purchase.

After contacting customer service, they claimed it follows the Swiss format (Oct 1, 2026), but completely ignored the fact that this is confusing and misleading for international buyers.

Even worse, they refused to take any responsibility or offer compensation, despite the ambiguity being entirely on their side.

This reflects poorly on both product labeling standards and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing unless labeling is made clear.

Honestly one of the best client services that I’ve experienced. My parcel got lost in the mail and they immediately took care of it and sent me a replacement. Without any hassle I had my things within a few days. Would happily order again.

Umuligt at få lov til at returnere sine varer. Så kan kun fraråde at købe noget her.

Impossible to get allowed to refund your items. So can only recommend never to by anything here. They simply don't answer you, and without an answer to their returnformula, you are totally stuck.

Very disappointing. And not legal either.
