Ordered a hoodie for my son in November. Finally said it was gonna be delivered dec 29. The day came and the status for the tracking then changed to “undeliverable; vacant mailbox”. ITS A NEIGHBORHOOD MAIL STATION, it’s literally impossible to be vacant. So I emailed BOTH email addresses; as advised on their website BUT ALSO on the order confirmation email I received. I sent these emails the same day Dec 29, 2023. I emailed USPS and filed a missing parcel inquiry. Received an email back almost immediately and USPS said the package was never sent back to the USPS warehouse. And that the packages appeared to have two different shipping numbers and it was very “confusing” and I needed to contact the vendor. I attempted multiple times to get a refund or a new hoodie sent to me or god even acknowledgement that I EXIST!!! That was 4 months ago. They finally emailed me back asking me TO STOP CONTACTING THEM.

Very poor quality merch, extremly big sizes, delivery took ages...

They never sent my order or updated the tracking and ignored multiple emails where I simply asked for an update on the status of my order. I placed my order in September and it is now November. My order hasn't moved since the shipping label was created. Luckily I used PayPal so if they continue to ignore my messages I will file a dispute.

I love the merch and the design of it. I think it looks great, however the seams of the hoody are letting go and that’s disappointing considering the price.

Bought a hoodie but was too big when it arrived. Have emailed them as advised on their website 3 times to ask to start the return process. Not had one single reply!

I'm really happy with how the shirt turned out! Delivery was faster than expected. The prices are kinda high though
