My order never arrived. Emailed customer service twice with no response other than an automatic email telling me they would respond in 3 days time - which they never did! Over a month later I am now trying to get my money back through PayPal. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Still waiting for an order I placed on 1st August.
After chasing, I was told there were 'suspicious packages in the same shipment' so the order was stopped at UK border.
They told me they would send a replacement and that I could keep both if the 1st one ever materialised.
On 25th August I was advised the replacement had been sent, and nothing since. I've emailed twice with no reply.
Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
ETA I contacted them by WhatsApp and their (eventual) response was dire.
Not one apology, just a vague acknowledgement of inconvenience.
They agreed a refund but two thirds of their response was telling me how privileged I should feel for said refund, and insisting I refuse delivery of the order, if and when it should arrive.
Terrible service all in all.

Terrible customer service. They cancelled part of the order without giving me the option to choose replacement.
Make complaint and no complaints procedure - they just tell you to not accept the delivery! They just ignore your email and complaints. Terrible attitude to customers.
I bought snack boxes for my kids at the beginning of the year: three standard ones and three with the same background, but personalized ones with the word "fruit" on them.
The personalised ones won't even make it to the end of the school year, which is pretty disgraceful. I wish I could upload a picture of the side by side of the personalised vs non-personalized ones.

I bought 2 customizable lunch boxes at full price, and one of the lids broke after 1 week of use (i was really careful with them and even handwash them instead of putting them into the dishwasher). Sent them emails to ask if they provide any solution to that and of course, there wasn't any reply (thus why I'm writing this review). Unfortunately they're not helpful at all, and their products aren't made with quality either. Tip: save your money and shop somewhere.
Update: I did receive a new lid eventually after around 1.5 months from writing to them, nonetheless, thank you for that.

I ordered a personalized lunch box on Friday evening and noticed a mistake, wrote immediately to customer service, but of course they do not work on week ends. On Monday morning I received an email, that my order went to production. Only 2 hours later I received an answer from customer service, that it is not possible to change anything. I tried to call there many times, no one answers the phone. Customer service there is horrible, not helpful at all and useless. I will never order anything again.

I received a lunch box as a present. After about my 6th or so lunch, the latch on the lid broke (not known how- I brought it to work in a cloth bag and when I opened the bag the latch was snapped in 1/2.
I left 2 messages with the CS number (Canada) and they just called back saying (with dog barking in background) that Mepal does not offer replacement parts. There was no other conversation and I told the caller I would return to using tupperware.

OK products, but company does unfortunately not offer spare parts. My daughter lost the straw to her aluminum bottle, and now it’s a throw away. Mepal unwilling to help, seemingly a quick profit company uncaring about the environment.

I had ordered a kurti from their website order number REM444412 which was not at all the same as shown in the picture, so I decided to return, Upon my return they told me to self ship the product and after shipping they’ll refund my money but it’s more than a week and nobody is receiving calls or replying to my mails. I want my refund.

This site is fraud no. 1. My refund of Rs. 1424 is not done by them, while portal shows it was refunded on 10th july. The contact no. E mail address given on portal are only for show. No responce is given on making a call or sending complaint by mail on these number/ID. I am still waiting for my refund. Now I am planning to file FIR under sec 420 of IPC

I am immensely disappointed with my recent shopping experience at Mepal. To start with, the kurta I ordered online took an unabated 15 days for delivery, which in today's age of fast and efficient systems is uncalled for.
Once I finally received the product, I was let down by the ill-fitted size of the kurta. It's important to note here that the size was significantly larger than what I had ordered leading to the question of quality control on the part of Mepal.
Reasonably so, I attempted to return the product but to my surprise found that there was no refund option available. With no other choice, I ended up ordering a replacement kurta. More than a month has passed since this order and I have yet to receive anything. The website just shows the status of my order as "under process." This delay not only adds to the overall dissatisfaction but also shows a serious lack of time efficiency on the part of Mepal.
Customer service was the last straw, as I received no response to the emails I sent reporting the issue. Additionally, there was a complete lack of response on their phone service too. This kind of neglect for customers and their needs doesn't speak well of the establishment and it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Mepal.
In light of these issues, I am considering escalating the matter and lodging a case against Mepal in consumer court. I hope that through this, service providers like Mepal realize the importance of upholding trust and transparency in their operations.
Overall, a very unsatisfactory and frustrating experience, and I strongly discourage anyone from shopping with them.

Product broke (handle of a water bottle) within the warranty period so I contacted them via their contact form and included a photo of the problem as requested. That was over three weeks ago and still no reply. Not much customer service here.
Product does not deliver what it should!
I bought a salad box but the box is leaking every time I use it. In the beginning I thought I did not close the cover very well but actually I did. The box is just not waterproof at all even tough it should as this is designed for salads where you always have a bit of juice from the veggies that are in!
I complained about this but the client service did not care, they just said that the box is not supposed to be waterproof. Just taking their clients for some fools. Avoid loosing money and buy elsewhere that the only advice I can give you!
Bought a 'leakproof' Mepal bowl from John Lewis. It leaked all over the inside of my handbag. Mepal's customer service could not care less, but luckily JL will exchnage it for a better quality brand.
I placed an order 2 days ago via mepal.com. 5 minutes after placing the order (aprox. at 23.00) I changed my mind and I sent a message to request a cancellation. The other morning, I also called the client service and they said it is not possible to cancel because they already produced the item (with a name on it). I was not happy but it was ok. However, 2 working days passed, they have not even shipped the item yet. I started to question if the item was really produced when I asked for cancellation. I don’t think so!
