Set up was so easy & I NEED MORE!!

Set up was so easy & I can't believe how quiet the unit is! I have 18 cats & this unit was purchased for ny mom's cat that I have taken in- she's very much a 1 person cat so she now has her own sanctuary in my office! Will definately be puchasing more! Do you have a BULK discount bu any chance as I am looking to get 10 more

Happy customer

I ordered these 2 for my granddaughter because of how happy I am with mine. What really amazed me was how fast I received them. I thought back when I ordered mine that I received the order quite fast but my second order I ordered on a Saturday night and I received them on Monday. I am one happy customer. Great job. Thank you.

Misleading Trial, Terrible Support, False Advertising and I am Still Fighting for a Return — Don’t Waste Your Money

I regret buying this product. Not only did the Meowant litter box fail to live up to its claims, but the customer service has been horrible. I’m still stuck in a back‑and‑forth with them, and they take days to respond each time. They advertise a “30‑Day Free Trial” with free returns, yet they refuse to honor it and expect the customer to pay return shipping. The delays, the lack of accountability, and the constant runaround make this company extremely difficult to deal with. I would not recommend this product or this brand to anyone.

We have had this litter box for around…

We have had this litter box for around 10 months. The smell has not been contained very well even with only two cats and cleaning frequently and never getting too full. When deep cleaning i noticed the liner had various tears all throughout, this made it extremely difficult to clean as litter got stuck underneath and mixed with water and soap. I could not get the mixture out from underneath and when reaching out to the team under the 1 year warranty we have gotten no response. As a result the moisture retained underneath the liner has caused flies and i can’t get underneath it to clean. It is extremely frustrating as this is not a cheap litter box. I also found when deep cleaning it is difficult to pour the water/excess litter out due to the lips on the inside of the box. This litter box was not up to expectations and the customer service has reflected that they do not care about the customer even when under warranty. I did like this box at first and is convenient but the wear and tear even under a year is absurd. A product built for cats should be able to withstand the literal anatomy of cats and their nails.

Delivery was fast

Delivery was fast. Assembly was easy. Result fantastic. It looks like the cats (5) prefer this to the other boxes we have. Looks like i need another one. Maybe a smaller one after my next payday.

Company steals sales without guaranteeing delivery

The company’s shipping service delivered my $200+ litter box to the wrong house. The owner of the house that I suspect the package has been delivered to will not answer the door. This is even when multiple cars are in the driveway and people are obviously home. The shipping service has been slow to address the ticket that I submitted for further investigation, and Meowant, now that they’ve gotten the sale, has been mute to some of the emails that I sent asking for further escalation and completely indifferent in their response to others. Instead of helping me escalate the issue with the shipping service to locate, retrieve, or recover the losses for the package, the company seems content to take the sale whether I’ve gotten the product or not.

According to our records, the original shipping address on the order was incorrect, and we helped update the address based on the new information you provided before shipment. The package was then shipped to the updated address, and the tracking information shows it was delivered successfully with proof of delivery.

If the package was delivered to the wrong location by the carrier, we recommend contacting FedEx directly as soon as possible so they can assist in retrieving the package from the delivery location.
