Poor customer service, they make it difficult to return items

Delivery was very quick and packaging very safe, the quality and style of the jacket is okay, but the customer service is horrible: it’s already not good practice to charge 40€ for a return, but to never reply to mails and not even send a return ticket is very poor service. Will not order again, the cloth are not worth the truble.

⚠️ 55€ for return fees really stings…

(Especially since I'm in France, so we're not very far).
I asked them what it was for, and they replied, "to cover various costs associated with processing them."
No brand charges such high return fees, except for customs duties, which don't even apply in this case 😭
I had already made a return a year ago, and they didn't deduct these fees then.
However, the person told me they recently changed their logistics and quickly sent me the place where it was indicated that there was 40€ in return fees.
Already extremely high, so why charge me 55€? A little bonus in the pocket?
She also refused to give me more details about these "various costs."
I find it suspicious and, above all, dishonest.
Be careful before buying from them and make sure of your purchase.
For me, this was the last time; I won't be fooled again 😅

Wrong size jacket and wont respond on costumer service

I bought a jacket from Meotine, and it came in the wrong size. When I try to contact the costumer service wont they respond. The jacket was 7000 NOK which is very much money. They should give me the jacket I ordered in the right size! and start to answer emails!!

Contact customer service if UPS claims import services

The customer service is a bit tricky to understand initially. My tip is to contact support at meotine.com directly, instead of dealing with the AI engine on the chat. In my case, UPS had an outstanding claim for their import services. Meotine adamently advised that I should not pay that once I contacted them...but it took some time before the claim was released, and the package sent.

The coat is incredible

The coat is incredible. I can wear it in the rain and in freezing temperatures. It is everything I hoped for. Very elegant and functional!

Beautiful jacket and great customer experience

The leather jacket I purchased was absolutely perfect and the shipping was very fast. I also had the chance to chat with the customer service to ask some additional details on the product I wanted to order, and they were very helpful. Overall I would highly recommend Meotine.
