Amazing jacket!! Fast delivery and a good price! Thanks! I’ll be back!

I ordered the Parker jacket and the parcel arrived quite quickly, however I was disappointed with the quality. First of all, the jacket’s collar was defective — the leather had what looked like white stains, and the jacket itself had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, one sleeve was made of very soft leather, while the other was much stiffer.

I returned the jacket and even though it had defects, I still had to pay €40 for the return shipping. When I asked why I had to pay if I received a faulty item, I was told that the defect was easy to fix and that I could have taken it to a cleaner to have it repaired.

I do not recommend it.

The leather trench is absolutely amazing quality, and the customer service is very responsive and helpful.

I ordered the new Sloane jacket and it’s truly beautiful, the design is great. That said, I wanted to share a heads-up for anyone ordering internationally. I paid about $500 for the jacket and was charged an additional $298 in tariffs and duties on delivery, which brought the total to roughly $800. With those extra costs, it unfortunately didn’t feel worth the final price.

To be fair, the website does state that duties and tariffs aren’t covered by the brand. However, the country of manufacture isn’t disclosed, and that information would be really helpful for customers trying to anticipate potential import fees. Given the tariff I received, I’m assuming it may be manufactured in Asia, but clearer transparency upfront would allow buyers to make a more informed decision before purchasing.

Fast delivery but the item looked cheap besides the good materials. I ordered a puffer and the furry hood was poorly made + just not a great fit. Return is also more expensive than competitors. Anyway, still think meotine has some good fits and the natural materials are great

Great product and good and quick delivery!

I ordered a leather jacket in size S/M. I realized right away that choosing this size was a mistake, so I immediately emailed customer service asking to change the size or cancel the order. After putting pressure on them, I finally got a reply saying they would contact the warehouse and check.

Despite that, the jacket was still shipped in S/M. Since then, I’ve contacted customer service many times. I only received one weak apology saying they were sorry it had been shipped — and after that, no response at all about returning it.

And here in the reviews they keep apologizing again, but there is no real change in their behavior or any actual solution.

This website feels like a major scam. If you buy something, you can basically forget about making a return.

Do not order here. It's a total scam as you pay EUR 20 for shipping and EUR 50 (!!!) for returning an item that doesn't fit. Of course, this is not clearly communicated until after your receive your order. The quality of the coat I ordered seemed fine but it was WAY too big and not just an oversize cut. I'm standard height for a woman so it shouldn't look like a giant coat on me. Will not recommend to any of my Munich friends or buy here again.

I bought the Carly jacket in grey and it is GORGEOUS! I got S/M which was recommended for size 38, and I must say its a bit snug but thats also because the material of the leather is very stiff, so thats why only 4/5

Two weeks later and I still do not have my jacket.

I was charged a £23 express delivery fee even though the website states free UK shipping on orders over £234.

The first parcel was held by UPS for several days due to missing information. UPS then returned it to the sender. When I contacted customer service, it took two days to respond.

They resent the item, but it has now been stuck with UPS for four days due to a missing invoice.

This process has been slow and frustrating. I expected better communication and smoother handling of the shipment.

So far I am quite happy with my purchase. I ordered the Carly Jacket in S and it fits really good. It is keeping me warm and definite an eye catcher. Delivery was also quite fast. I hope the material stays this way, since I am a bit afraid, based on the bad reviews. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I ordered a brown Casey Jacket and I am really happy. It is so soft and warm and it fits perfectly. I received my order really quickly in a few days.
