I loved my whole experience at Meome. I have been three times now and have loved it every time. My hairdresser was Luisa - she was warm, lovely and really skilled. I absolutely adore my haircut and will definitely return!

I've been a customer at Meome for the past couple of years and I always had my hair done by Lisa. So far, I've always been happy and that's why I was coming back but after the experience I had last week, I will never go there again.

I had my hair colored medium brown and last time I wanted to get a warm golden brown. From the moment I said that to Lisa and showed her the inspiration pictures, I felt like she didn't want to do that. I feel like the entire consultation was very rushed. In the end, after talking to another hairdresser, she said that she can remove some of the dark color and color the hair like in the inspiration picture. In the end, it didn't look the way I wanted and I thinks she knew it wasn't right because she said multiple times that I can call if I realize at home I don't like it. In the salon light, I felt like it was an ok result and I was quite happy but on the way home in daylight I realized that it's a lot darker than I thought it was. Furthermore, the gray hair wasn’t covered at all. In fact, they stood out more than they did before the appointment!

I decided to call the salon the next day which was Friday and Lisa wasn't there anymore so she got back to me today suggesting a time to which I agreed. She also asked me if it’s only the roots or the entire color and I informed her it was the entire color.

When I showed up, I instantly felt like my hair is not going to be fixed. Up until this point, she never mentioned that getting to the color I want cannot be done in one go and that’s what she said today. She only offered to do the root but again she offered to do it with permanent color and I didn’t want that. At that point I felt like she doesn’t want to fix my hair. I feel like the entire appointment today, was just so she can say that she offered to fix it. I also feel like today’s talk could’ve happened over the phone instead of wasting my time to get there.

Isabella was so nice I really like my haircut. I will come back.

Love the MEOMÉ team! All of the stylists Ida, Isabella and especially Camilla have every time delivered on my expectations. The atmosphere matches the skillful treatment. You feel comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. I have been a customer for the last 6months or so but today visited the Carlsberg location for the first time and I have to say it’s very convenient, spacious and comfortable. I’m very happy with my color and super relaxed after premium scalp massage and color developing time spent in a massage chair. 💕

Camilla at the city center location is amazing! She really listens to what you want, doesn't cut off more than agreed, and she's super sweet too. The only hairdresser I trust 100%!

I went to Meome for the first time for a balayage and haircut. The service was exceptional, they are very well equipped and the staff makes you feel like at home. Isabella K was my hairstylist and she did outstanding job, the result was so much better than I expected. I highly recommend them and it will be my preferred hair salon from now on.

Another great experience at MEOME, and again with Felix. He helped "save" my hair from a terrible haircut which I unfortunately had to get at another country for an event. Thank you for taking such great care of my hair! Will definitely come back for future haircuts.
