My recommendation: do not buy from them. This is a scam.

I ordered a table in July. It was supposed to arrive at the end of September, but the delivery kept getting postponed. When the delivery date was pushed too far out, I decided to cancel the order and request a refund. Unfortunately, I never received my money back.

I’ve been waiting since September and have tried to contact them by email more than 10 times, without any response.

I wish I had seen these reviews before making the purchase.

I’m still waiting on my refund of nearly 4800 euro of my order that I didnt get. They said they will refund it in 14 working days, but a month later still didnt receive it! Can someone help me ??

Extremely Disappointing Experience – No Customer Support

I placed an order with Menzzo (Order No. 2000054777) and paid a hefty €60 in shipping fees, only to have the package returned without a proper delivery attempt. The address I provided was 100% correct and complete, and my phone number was given — yet the courier failed to reach me, reportedly due to an incorrect phone format they themselves introduced (+490 instead of +49).

To make matters worse, they sent one email asking for an “address addition,” which I saw too late — and based on that alone, they returned the entire order without even trying to call or ring the bell. Since then, no response to my emails, no explanation, and no offer to resend or refund the shipping cost.

For a company charging premium delivery fees, this is completely unacceptable. If you expect professional customer service, communication, or basic respect for your time and money — I highly recommend ordering elsewhere

The worst Customer service in the world although I like what i got but i made a wrong order and i IMMEDIATELY wanted to c ancel the order to place a new one i COULD NOT , I sent immediately an email they did not even respond back to me !!!!

The product arrived scratched (was "delivered" to the entrance of the building und just left there), part of the screws were made of plastic and broke while assembling the wardrobe and I could not replace them since

does not respect consumer rights. Order never received after almost 2 months. The after-sales service replied to me a month later that a refund was impossible and that I had to wait patiently for delivery, but they still couldn't give me a date!
The Departmental for the Protection of Populations (DDPP) of Val-de-Marne issued an administrative fine in 2024 of €103,000 against the Menzzo.fr website. That says a lot about this company!

Great furniture and good customer service. My sofa arrived one month earlier. Good and efficient delivery with personalized appointment. I would definitely buy again from Mezzo.

Worst service around the world. I bought a desk chair in menzzo.de. The chair arrived 2 weeks after incomplete! I asked for a return and they did everything to not to accept it. Finally, after 1 month, I got an approval and sent the chair back. That was 3 months ago and they haven't made my refund yet.

I am not happy

For three months after I declined the delivery, they haven't refunded my money. Despite my weekly contact with them, they keep promising to send it back, but they haven't followed through. I'm considering taking action against them.

Good customer care experience, unfortunately I did not get my order in the end.

When you receive an item nearly a year after the order, it does not deserve more than 1 star...

Well, apparently paying for delivery dies not fiver delivery to your apartment. I bought a closet for 500+ and paid 166euros for delivery and they were not going to deliver to my door step I had to go in the car and carry the heavy cartons. It is not worth the hustle. The cost is an okay product and not worth ordering if you cannot even get proper delivery. Overall disappointed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT MENZZO. We ordered a coffee table which was delivered completely broken. To return the product, you must go through the website, fill out a form, and choose a time so they contact you. As you can guess nobody contacted us. On top of that, the website doesn't allow the submission of another request since the first request is pending. All other efforts to contact them were also fruitless. So 4 months passed and I decided to rebuild the table as best as I could but the drawers were beyond repair.
