This is a digital pitch fest

This is a digital pitch fest. Nothing more than someone pitching their stuff and trying to upsell to a course. Avoid. The marketing you see is not what you get. There are no amazing books. It's all crap.

Can I give less than I star

Can I give less than I star. Ordered as a gift for my wife who is in sales. Kind of forgot about it as we never received anything. My card was then charged 3 years in a row around the same time every year. Never received anything, no box, no email, nothing! It was a pain to cancel (I finally did) Scam.

paid for this service for two months roughly including the 3 day trial

paid for this service for two months now and still haven't gotten a reply at my multiple attempts to get login info. I always use my same email however they say it doesn't exist. sent a proof of payment screenshot but only received an automated msg. when the 1800 number was called multiple times now it sounds like some teenager or college kid who has no customer service skills telling me robotic like, telling me on on one call there is no record of my email( possible in a rush i used my old one but don't know why i would) secondly just repeating " I cant help you sir we don't do that here" at my request to change the email on my account with proof of payment. weeks later still no reply on phone or email from a useful person.

Scammers

These guys are scam artists. Canceled my account a year ago. They have been charging me ever since and do not respond to emails. I have notified the BBB and consumer fraud services. We are now going through our CC company to get the payments stopped.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service... I signed up at the higher rate of $9.99/month close to when they first launched. At some point they switched to $7/month. For several months I paid the higher rate and I called them to ask about it. They made up some story about my being subscribed to a different version. When I probed them to ask what the difference was, they could not explain it and furthermore said that management had no obligation to switch me to the lower rate plan. I wasn't even using the website all that much. Such a waste.

Dont use it

Dont use it!
very poor content and bad customer service, webpage dosn't work properly with login service, I suspect is very unsafe!
I did unsubscribed because of feeling unsafe and lost access to the all content immediately despite I have been charged for whole year.
I wonder if they will charge me again next year after seeing all the comments now... :/

I will block my credit card to be safe and order new one in my bank haha.
And I decide to not use that kind of cheating f**kin pages anymore, lesson learned guys!

Thai Lopez = Scam

Thai Lopez, the owner of Mentorbox, is the biggest scam on the internet. He'll chase you all day long if you interact with his massive campaign. It's funded by people actually believing his crap. It's got to be funded somehow so if you leave your credit card details, be ready to get robbed.

Do NOT waste your money

Do NOT waste your money. It took 10 days to get me access as link did not work. The access finally worked and the link was changed again, where every book I try to access asks me to login again and asks me if I want to get a special offer. The support is bad & a waste of time.

I hesitate to call it "deceptive", but it appears to be teetering-on-the-edge! The Basic Membership has a variety of course-selections, BUT, somehow the "good stuff" (even the almost-good stuff) just happens to be in one of the Upsell-levels, which I certainly understand 'Upsells", but that's not quite how it is presented when you sign up!! As I said....not quite "deceptive", but certainly "Questionable" would not be too strong a word.

It's almost impossible to cancel…

It's almost impossible to cancel Mentorbox once they start billing your card. You have to call multiple times and they promise to cancel the card. They just wouldn't refund my money!
