Menspire did not deliver the merchandise.

I placed an international order on your website, but unfortunately, the package was returned to the sender because I was not aware of the import tax payment deadline.
The tracking information shows that the parcel has been sent back to the UK.
Could you please advise how we can proceed?
I would like to know if you can resend the order or issue a refund once the item is received back at your facility.
