I’m certain I’ll remain grateful for the chance to participate in Men’s Circles for the rest of my days. My apprehensions quickly gave way to a sense of community and support, regardless of geographic proximity. Coming together and redefining what it means to be a “man” is timely and important work that I’m glad to be a part of.

I couldn't recommend this more. I've been struggling for years with certain aspects of my life and even though I have always worked on my growth, having a team of strangers that are really there for you and you for them not only brings you closer to yourself, but closer to everyone else. It alleviates the problems and struggles of the fast pacing world that revolves all around us, and simultaneously brings peace to the world within us. If you feel like you're not heard and you're on your own... this is the place to start.

Men's Circle is an amazing resource for men looking to help themselves improve. It's difficult to express the value of feeling listened to, supported and having a platform to be the centre of attention if that's what you want. In return you can support other people in your own way and bring value to them. Win-win.

Men's Circle helped me reflect on my relationships and uncover assumptions I make in day-to-day life. It was refreshing to have such focused connections and hear other people open up about their lives.

The circle allowed me to be vulnerable, especially recognising yourself in other man stories allowed me to look inside myself a little more to dig a little deeper. I always appreciate the listening and to share and be listened. It has add incredible value to my life!

I have been attending Men’s Circle for a few months and went for the first time not really knowing what to expect and a found a moment and experience I realized I was missing.
It is a much needed space where men can share what they want, be it intimate, deeply personal, traumatic or just plain happiness, what matters is that it is a space where men are actively listening to one another, with empathy, support and no judgement, and all share the desire to connect, relate and hear from each other to better navigate our lives.

I have been going to the sauna + men's circle events with these guys for a while now and I cannot but recommend it. It can be hard to make good friendships in London as a 30 smth year old professional, but just having this monthly occurence helps me feel connected with other fellow men who are on a path of self-improvement and are happy to open up and be themselves. After every session I come away feeling hopeful and with so much more perspective on life. I also just love a sauna + cold plunge, so this setup is just perfect!

I had my first session with Men's Circle last night and found the experience really powerful. I sought out a men's group as an adjunct to my one-to-one therapy, to learn how to experience my feelings and share them with others, especially men. The circle was a safe space for me to do so last night, with other brave men. And I'm excited to continue the journey. I absolutely recommend it to other men seeking support with other men.

Amazing organization, have been a few times to the sauna and mens circle - run by Sam who is very inviting, friendly and helpful. The sessions are a great way to unwind, hear from other people and share what is on your mind. I've made a number of new friends and always feel better the next day after the sessions

I’ve been going to Men’s Circle for 6 months now, it was a unique experience at first but now, it’s part of my regular wellness routine. Never had a bad experience

Attending a Men's Circle is a rewarding experience that I would recommend to any man interested in personal development and community! I have participated three times in person now. Each time I felt renewed from sharing and hearing the stories from the lives of men across age groups and walks of life. The familiarity and sense of safety fostered by the facilitator and the group of regulars - and always kind and conscientious new participants - lend to a unique experience of growth and community (the sauna is sic too).

Men’s Circle is much needed space for men to come together, support and learn from each other to become better and happier people!

I turned up not knowing what to expect and very quickly felt comfortable that I could share whatever was going on for me at the time. The setup really eased me in to going a little deeper with some challenges I was facing and it was nice to say it all out loud in a non-judgemental space. Just having the chance to speak about my issues instantly made me feel better about them and I realised that a lot of us have the same fears underneath it all. I felt instantly connected with the other participants in a way that perhaps I don’t with some of my friends. It’s rare to talk about some of the bigger issues/feelings in an honest way with friends but it felt easy here. I really enjoyed it!

Men’s Circle offers an accessible, challenging and supportive community, rooted in the real-world. By participating in circles over the last two years, I’ve developed a greater understanding of myself and my life, I’ve increased my self-esteem and built friendships formed on mutual understanding. The space is held with no judgement and I’ve learnt to meet myself and others with more compassion. I’ve also managed to set myself clear goals that the other men hold me accountable to, including training as a facilitator through the organisation.

What a great evening. Men's Circles are a great way of meeting new people and an opportunity to share what's going on for you without judgment. The event was very well organised and as a newcomer I felt welcomed. The sauna part was an added bonus, not usually my thing, but I will definitely be going again.

Great way to connect, express, internally build, and expand your network. The world is in desperate need for more circles.

Men’s Circle is a space for me (men) to feel seen and heard. Not in a woo woo, poor me kind of way but in a way with other like minded, good men, who want to be around other men, who want to be able to get stuff off their chest, be better or just be around other guys who maybe understand what you’re going through, or are willing to hear you out. Honestly I can’t imagine my life without Men’s Circle right now - think of it as, Tuesday night football with the boys, or Friday beer after work with the lads. It should be normal and it’s feels quite quickly, very much that. Normal :)

I find great value in men's circle so much so I'm approaching 2yrs in the same circle. I've also trained as a facilitator so I can be a part of spreading the word and making men sharing openly and honestly with each other normal and mainstream.
