I order a bike from these guys and they sent the wrong size, I put in a order for a bike that was supposed to fit a person of 6ft up to 6ft4.the bike they sent was for a child. When I reached out to them for a return they denied me and said all sales are final.

Purchased a bike from them and a certain part was damaged during shipping. Was told I could not get a refund or return the bike because I didn't buy the shipping insurance. No warranties or anything. Spend your money elsewhere. Garbage company.

I erroneously placed an order for two bikes and immediately cancelled it. Despite the cancellation, I was charged and the bikes were shipped and delivered. I immediately requested returns for each bike via the website. I did not hear back from this company and I have been waiting weeks. Over 1 week ago, I called the customer service line and spoke to a combative representative who told me that I had to pay return shipping and would be forced to pay a 15% restocking fee. This policy cannot be found on the Mendham Bikes site. I still have not received the return shipping label. I must now request a charge back from my bank

I recently got this bike, and unfortunately, the quality has been disappointing. The tires broke down far too quickly, which suggests they were either made from low-quality materials or not suited for regular use. Even with normal riding conditions, they did not last, making the bike unreliable.
Beyond the tires, the overall build does not feel durable, and I wouldn’t recommend this bike for anyone looking for long-term use. If you’re considering purchasing it, I’d suggest looking for a better option with more durable components.

I placed an order on November 27th. It is now December 16th and I still have not received it. I am contacting my bank to get my money back for an order I never received. I believe the company is a scam. I tried contacting them and never received a response. My gift was for my son’s birthday. Well I guess there will be no surprise. Worst company ever!!!! Run do not buy.

False advertising with return policy. States we guarantee your satisfaction. If you wish to return your bike for any reason you can for up to 10 days after receiving it. Bike was delayed and box was not sealed properly on both top and bottom of box as box was open both on top and botomm. Holes on both sides of the box. Asked for a return or an exchange, they said no because all bikes with 40% or greater are final sale, yet no description of final sale appeared on the receipt or before placing order. They say based on the picture there is no damage to the bike. This online store's inventory is all 40% off or greater. They are deceiving customers with the ability to return despite the return policy states you can return for any reason.

Untrustworthy company. They cancelled my order claiming the price was incorrect. Never apologized. Never stood by the adverted price. Got all of my personal and financial information and ran with it without delivering the order. I will never buy from them ever again.
