30% Missing, 20% Wrong, 100% Frustrating
From my online order 30% of my items missing (which I never got my money back for) 20% of my items different to what I ordered, replaced with food I cannot eat; which is why I specifically UN-TICKED ‘replace with similar item if not in stock’, when making this order; and absolutely no response from Customer Service. I have waited for over a week for a response from Customer Service before posting this review.
