I bought a pc and it is defective. I have low FPS in games, lags. Gpu is doing weird noise. Sometimes when i turn on the computer the screen is black and i need to restart it.

Very satisfied, the delivery was fast and the PC secured to avoid damages. The pc is good and well built, install of win 11 was perfect too. And great price!

An excellent PC, at an excellent price. Krustomer service was very helpful and polite. The order was delayed for a spell but I was informed about it, so 'twasn't left in the dark. The website is easy to navigate for me, an English speaker. All in all, it was an excellent experience. If I wanted to buy another PC, the first place I'd look is Memory PC.

Apart from the fact that on the site says that it will be delivered in 3-5 working days and it came after 8 days, everything works properly yet, cable management is beautifly done, the workers really know how to deal with a pc and that i appreciate. I recommend this site!

Bought a PC from them with no problem. Great communication. I'm really satisfied with my PC, you wouldn't find such a good deal anywhere else.
It's been sent 1 day late but they immediatly told me the day it was due, not leaving me in the dark.
As for the PC, it came perfectly fine. Memory PC really makes a great job and anyone looking for PC's should check them out.

Very reactive and competent, right price for the components. I had a slight tear in a dust filter and I sent a mail with a picture. I didn't need to interact more, their reply was a replacement piece. The cables were tied tightly and neatly. If you find what you want here, don't hesitate.

Nach Einbau des Aufrüstkits stellte sich raus, dass ein Pin auf dem Mainboard verbogen ist. Es dauerte über 2 Wochen und brauchte mehrere Mails bis ich die Info erhalten habe, dass ich dieses Problem nicht reklamieren kann. Teilweise wartete man über 2 Tage auf eine Antwort auf eine einfache Mail. Es wurde an keiner Stelle in Betracht gezogen, dass dieses Problem bereits vor dem Einbau bestanden hat.

Ich werde das Mainboard nun auf eigene Kosten neu anschaffen müssen, nur auf jeden Fall nie wieder bei Memory PC.

Memory PC has good offers in terms of price, but unfortunately they come at the cost of service.

After installing the upgrade kit, it turned out that a pin on the motherboard is bent. It took over 2 weeks and needed several mails until I received the info that I can not refund this product or get a replacement. Partially waited over 2 days for a response to a simple mail. It was not considered at any point that this problem already existed before the installation.

I will now have to purchase the motherboard again at my own expense, just definitely never again from Memory PC.

The process took around a month from start to finish, but it was completely worth the wait. Well packaged, it came perfect and everything was ready to be set up and run. I had a card issue with my first order but the customer support were absolutely lovely and solved it for me. Truly would recommend their service.

I ordered a gaming chair and I received it 2 weeks later which is in my opinion correct because I live in Belgium. The chair was in good condition. I am very happy to have ordered on their site.

I ordered a pc on 22 November and the delivery estimate was 3-5 days. A few days later I received an email saying the provisional delivery date was on the 26th. Come the 26th, the package did not come I sent them an email asking about it. They replied saying that my package would be delayed by 2-4 days, so naturally I sent another email 4 days later since my package still hasn't arrived yet. They replied with what seemed to be an automated email saying that they are experiencing major delays and do not have an estimated delivery date anymore.
This was extremely frustrating considering they have a banner on their site saying everything is in stock, lightning fast deliveries, etc. It is December 2 right now and I am yet to receive an update about my pc. To make things worse, I am seeing recent reviewers on this site saying that they received their pc quickly despite the ongoing delays. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

How to start my experience with Memory PC.

First the website is really easy to use and understand. It's pretty cool to take a proposition of the pc they have then to add more or less piece that you need. Then the order was pretty quick 2 weeks between order and receive it in France. The packaging was really good and the computer was intact. Windows 11 was installed properly and in French like i asked. For me it was a good experience and the price if you compare with France was much more affordable. I would definitely recommand this website to my friend. :)
