I had completed the men's VIP screening. The whole process was very quick with Meral Halit being an excellent English translator / guide for the day. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole process. 5 star rating.

Had an appointment with a doctor for almost a month; however when I arrived the person that was assigned to me had no clue that I was a patient under him, after 3 grueling hours of wait switchboard operator Mr. Ibrahim Berber came to my rescue and fixed me up with another person to take over my case.
Thanks to the efforts of translator Mrs. Beyza Sevim and Mr. Ibrahim they dealt with all the problems that I was facing it took us the whole day to come to a conclusion.
Words can not express my gratitude towards these two employees, thank you very much for your support guys this experience would have been terrible without you two.

Everything was great with the experience. I was picked up from the airport to the hotel then from the hotel to the hospital on the day of my check up. I came for a general health check up and I met Alaz who was my interpreter. He was excellent, friendly and communicated well. it was good. Each Dr I met was polite and smiling.

I had an amazing experience with Memorial. Everything was so professional about them. Props to my translators, especially Madina and my coordinator Fatiha, she was outstanding. They were very helpful and attentive throughout my stay there and even after they were answering to all my questions with no delays. The hospital very beautiful and clean and the staff always greeting you with a smile. About the procedure, I underwent hair transplant operation. Though it’s early to judge I know it is going to be like they promised. I already see some hair growing and I really happy I went to memorial. Hearing stories of my friends and researching on the internet, feels like I’ve done the best choice going to memorial. Thanks for everything! Hoping in not seeing you soon😅

What made my experience great was Fatiha the consultant who helped me every step of the way. She was amazing she coordinated everything was very informative and when I ran into issues she was Soo helpful getting in touch with people to get it sorted out. I would come back to Memorial because of her outstanding service. She truly went above and beyond and always responded and great response.

He ensured every step was clear and coordinated my appointments efficiently, minimizing any downtime. The doctors and nurses were professional and attentive, and I felt well cared for throughout the entire process. Highly recommend both Memorial Hospital and Muhammet for anyone seeking medical care.

Overall for us the knowledgeable staff of the hospital, the extent of the exams, and of course the value all stood out as exceptional however the most enjoyable part was our personal representative/interpretor Dorian who went above and beyond everyday for us even being available for communications well after hours.

we had a pediatric visit with Doctor Kotans he was so professional and gave us many pratical suggestions for my son's sinusitis a particular thanks to Ege the interpreter for his professionalism and kindness. All was good. Çok tesekkurler.

I went to Memorial Şişli for a wisdom tooth extraction. I (like many) find the dentist much scarier and off-putting than doctors. Yet the dentists I met at Memorial Şişli were some of the nicest professionals I've ever met. They really have an understanding of dentist anxiety (I said "I don't like the dentist" and she replied "nobody does!")
The extraction itself was quick and the post-removal instructions clear. I will be going back, if I have the opportunity.

I chose this hospital to have a comprehensive health check. The service was quick and professional from initial contact to the end. I am an English speaker and had no difficulty throughout the process thanks to Urman and Dorian my two translators. They escorted me to every appointment, providing me with clear summarise and articulated my views and questions to the few clinicians who did not speak English. Urman and Dorian communicated the itinerary for the week daily with advanced notice of taxi pick ups and recommends.
The medical team are all highly experienced and professional doctors. They all reviewed each others results to provide their recommendation and results of test. There were minimal waiting times at the appointments. Results were very quick . The environment is clean and calming.
For anyone doing the comprehensive check I recommend planning an entire week for all the treatments. Do not book hotels with breakfast as there is a need to fast for the test on at least 3 out of 5 days. No time to visit Istanbul due to the extensive test.
This is the best thing I have done for my self and the best location was chosen. I will return with my family for their checks. Thank you team Memorial.

We went because of the swelling in my mother's throat and they said there were stones in her salivary glands. When we went to a doctor today, we learned that there was a tumor and even though we were not told about this, we were told that the swelling would go down. I am not saying anything else. As a former employee of yours, I'm glad I didn't continue my health work. I'm very lucky. I will definitely go and if you go, I will get extra money. Don't leave the doctors

I visited memorial hospital for a medical procedure in dermatology. The doctor did a very good job in informing me on what to expect and how the procedure was going to be done. The organisation of the whole trip was done by the organisation, which made it very comfortable. The translators were very helpful and friendly. The only difficulty was the stay at the hospital, as some nurses were not able to speak English (at all). Which made the night at the hospital a little stressful, as I wasnt able to communicate my needs to the staff. Other than that, the trip was well organised, the doctor was competent and the translators were very helpful.

Terrible experience. I visited memorial in June of this year for dental treatment. The dentist Dr Nezihi Bayīk, told me that two implants had failed and had to be removed and replaced. He did the procedure which left me with lasting nerve damage. I believe that implant surgery was not his profession and he should not have undertaken this work. I have since visited another dentist and the 3d scan proved the damage. Because of this I cannot have another implant fitted due to the proximity of the nerve. This has not only caused me to change dentist but I have had to make two further visits incurring extra costs. The nerve damage has caused numbness which persists to this day. Avoid at all cost.
