I ordered a To my man chain and have…

I ordered a To my man chain and have not received my order although it says it was delivered and the item was taken out of my account. I also have no tracking information at all. I have emailed and called over and over. I’m beyond unhappy with this site and I will be filing a scam charge in the next couple of days. If I could rate this site a negative start I sure would !!!!

I ordered a mother and daughter candle…

I ordered a mother and daughter candle holder and my daughter has not received it yet was ordered on May 3, for Mother’s Day I have no shipping information but the money came out of my account what is going on ?? Not very happy about this.

I need retribution for my purchase ASAP, I can’t even get on website to find information

This company makes trash and has terrible customer service

I would give no stars if possible—this company is terrible and their products are not what is listed. I ordered a customized item for a baby and it came looking completely different than it was supposed to. Customer service suggested I “DIY it to make it what I wanted” and have been awful to communicate with. Still trying to get a refund from this horrible company and will NEVER order from them again as their products are trash.

I ordered 2 Horror movie watching…

I ordered 2 Horror movie watching blankets with personal name on it. I have yet to get any contact back from this company. I have decided to take action not wait . That's almost $80.00 stolen from me and YES I said STOLEN . This Is very unprofessional for a so called business. Never again . Thanks have a GREAT day !!!! ( sarcasm)

Where is my order???

I ordered a customized blanket from this website November 21/23 (i'm not sure what day exactly) but needless to say, it has been plenty of time. my order simply says "shipped" but there is no tracking info. I don't even know what delivery service to be expecting. I emailed customer service and have yet to receive a response. This blanket is a christmas gift for someone, it is extremely unprofessional to leave a concerned customer waiting like this with zero response. I really hope I get it or at least get a refund, but if there's any truth to the other reviews I have read, I highly doubt I will.
DO NOT order from these people.

Items not received

Ordered two candles Nov. 29th. Received email with link to view order, so I checked it a couple days later, said items shipped see tracking information but then no tracking information was listed. I have emailed the company twice with no reply.

If I could give -10 I would! Worst customer service and I have still YET to receive my order. Never again would I order from this company. Requesting a full refund through paypal!
I ordered on 11/12/21, still haven't gotten anything. Very Vague emails back from the company. SCAM radar is going.

I ordered 3 weeks ago. It gives ma a tracking number that says not valid! It says shipped on my order. The party is this weekend and i am pissed. NOBODY WILL RESPOND TO ME EITHER

Still waiting for my order!!!

On Novermber 7th I ordered a blanket for my daughter's birthday which was November 30th, and still have not received it. It shows as being shipped two weeks ago, but doesn't give tracking info so I'm unable to track it. And then no customer service number to call. I should have known better than to order from an ad on FaceBook!!! I will be opening up a dispute with PayPal in order to receive a refund. This can't posssibly be a legitimate company....I will never order from them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else.

Really bad design knockoff

Ordered an ornament from here, but the workmanship of the ornament is absolutely terrible.
Requested a replacement ornament that is properly manufactured.
Contacted them on Dec 1 (no response), again on Dec 3 (no response). Opening a dispute with PayPal today.
Really bad resin trimming, tampo/paint wasnt centered, and extremely sloppy.
I have purchased personalized ornaments from many vendors over the years, and this is by far the most disappointing I have ever been with the product delivered.

I placed an order on November 13th

I placed an order on November 13th. I still have not gotten the tracking number. I have been writing through FB and they eventually answer and I received this...For personalized items, generally it may take 6-8 business days to manufacture the product and 8-12 business days to deliver it.

Your order is still in processing, please wait for a few days, thanks. This was the 17th. On the 22nd I wrote again telling them I still have not gotten the tracking number and got this...Your parcel has arrived at our warehouse and will be shipped out after we finish the quality check.It will arrive before Christmas.

Still waiting, very late!

I ordered 2 personalized piggy banks over two weeks ago and they still haven’t shipped. The company keeps telling me to wait a few more days, that they are in production. I don’t know if I will ever see them and now for sure they will be late as they were ordered for gifts I needed by the end of November. And shipping also takes a few weeks! This is not a US company.
I would never order from them again because they haven’t stuck with the timeline they gave at ordering. Beware!

I think my daughter in law will love her Christmas gift candle

I received my candle in the mail and I think my daughter-in-law will love it when I give it to her for Christmas because of the message that is truly how I feel in my heart about her. The delivery was very quick as they had anticipated and the company is very good to work with.
