As far as I can tell after a week on the free trial, this app is a total Ponzi scheme. The whole point of using Memorae is to have it seamlessly integrate with one's Google Calendar and other Google features, or other programs like Evernote if one prefers. However, their integrations platform with Composio is broken at best, and after sending a number of emails requesting support - then ultimately demanding support, and even threatening legal action, they claim to be able to do nothing whatsoever to resolve this issue. One of their support representatives, a particularly obnoxious ne'er do well named Pablo, whom I suspect is actually an AI and not a real human being at all, eventually said they would be getting an update that would resolve such issues theoretically, but that in reality they do not bother to attend customers' needs in any way. Literally, as an AI developer myself, if I had access to their code base and API I could troubleshoot and resolve the hang-up with calendar integrations myself in five minutes! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE EVIL AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE FTC.

This program worked well for a month but then started sending me random events from three years ago and missing daily essentials such as flights. ZERO customer service. I must have emailed them about 10 times. As a result I don’t trust this anymore. I cannot recommend

I was a loyal power user with over 10,000 archived reminders and used to recommend Memorae to everyone. Not anymore. The service has become an absolute danger to anyone relying on it for business or health.

The "False Confirmation" Deception: The bot has developed a critical bug where it "lies" to the user. You set a reminder in WhatsApp, the bot sends a clear confirmation message ("Done" or "Scheduled"), but then it completely fails to trigger. It doesn't even appear in the system dashboard. This is much worse than a simple crash—it gives you a false sense of security, causing you to miss medication and vital business commitments.

Zero Support: I have spent over a week providing documented evidence of these failures. The support team (Pablo and others) responded with generic "check your notification settings" scripts and has now gone completely silent. Total ignore for a paying customer facing life-critical issues.

Conclusion: Memorae is chasing flashy new features while their core engine—the "second brain" promise—is fundamentally broken. If you need a tool that actually reminds you when it says it will, look elsewhere. I am moving my entire workflow to Gemini and native OS tools. Memorae is no longer a professional tool; it’s a broken promise.

I am always bit sceptical of these productivity apps, I have tried zillions of them and honestly they have made my life more cumbersome. One of my friend suggested me this app, I thought "okay, another "boost your productivity by thousand time" kinda bs again" but to my surprise it actually oraganized my things and best thing that I liked about this is you can do your chores via whatsapp as well, thats actually amazing. It still needs some improvement but overall a "nice to have app".

Amazing app! saved me a lot of embarrassment. I always forgot my friends' birthdays, and it helped me always wish them on time.
And now with the task tracker feature, I can brain dump a voice note, and my task tracker is on!

Memorae has been a lifesaver for me lately, being a student I always dreaded deadlines, not because I couldn't finish the tasks but because I just cant keep a track of everything. With 8 subjects to keep a track of, and then case competition due dates on top of them, I was just apologising and missing opportunities, and grades, in search of a reminder app, I stumbled across memorae, and god it has been helpful, it reminds me on whatsapp, of all the deadlines, I can save all the important files, and sometimes just random screenshots, and it takes the deadlines from images directly. Its genuinely cool

I recently spent around a month testing Memorae (Memorae AI), an AI assistant built directly into WhatsApp.

The idea itself is undeniably smart, bringing AI into the platform most of us already rely on daily. I went into it genuinely excited, hoping it would blend seamlessly into my routine.

In practice, though, the experience wasn’t as intuitive as I expected. I often felt like I had to adjust to the tool rather than the tool adapting to me, which defeats the purpose of an assistant. Even simple tasks, like asking it to remind me to take my supplements at a specific time, didn’t perform reliably. The reminders were consistently a few minutes late, and on several occasions nearly an hour behind schedule, a surprising miss for a paid productivity tool.

The chatbot itself has very generic responses. I can remind myself of things by simply messaging myself or my other number. I didnt use it a day and they refuse to give me a refund off a 1 year subscription. Customer service sucks.

Memorae is easy to use and very useful indeed for what it claims to help you with, that is to send reminders through WhatsApp. The web experience can be rather confusing, though, but it's still developing and I'm sure it will become better and better. The customer support is also top notch.

Epic fail. It dsnt memorize well, forgets things, cant be customized to days of the week, add things on chores that were not requested by me, its more messy than to save u time

The app is very usefull, i am using it on day to day basis now.

i can talk to memorae the day before and ask it to remind me of my plans. love the fact that memorae can check my callendar and see if i have time or not
i hope that we can have a note page, and maybe, if you can make the interface more minimal :) the callendar section i would love to have day month week views. and if possible to chat with memorae in callendar view

This is a complete con. The seven day free trial is fake and my credit card was charged immediately. I sent seven messages by email and Instagram and am still waiting for an acknowledgment.

Meanwhile, as Memorae forgets to remind itself that if you promise a free trial you should give people one, I've resorted to lodging a dispute with American Express.

The actual service is gimmicky and glitchy with functionality that – like its free trial – promises more than it delivers.

Update on 21 Feb 2026: Memorae finally agreed to refund the charge on my credit card - i should see it in 5-10 days. No apology. Just some bleating about "being a young company" and trying hard, as if that is justification for dodgy behaviour. Sigh.

The product in it's core is super nice.
And there support team is super amazing and helpful. give them a try!

Super idiotic AI. To put in flight details in my outlook and google calendar I had to kept explaning non stop giving a full example, yet it goes wrong. When I snapshot circled it in green explaining the details, it still get it so wrong. Today, I also did the same, inviting a friend for dinner, gave details asked memorae to draft a message to my friend, it drafted a no-sense message without the detail of the dinner, just mention below

Hi Andy,

For our dinner, the venue will be the same as before.

The first message was not even sent, and this is the first message sent without details.

Lousy details, it forgets all the details especially the flight detail, drove me up the wall.

I really love the cross platform integration. I can email Memorae and I can WhatsApp (text or voice) and it remembers, organises and reminds me to do what I need to do. It's responsive and has allowed to brain dump into it, where it creates order from chaos.

So far the assistant has been very interesting and useful. AI is progressing leaps and bounds. The assistant can even respond to voice notes and set reminders. I guess the full benefit will come from the big bang premium subscription....

First test of the system and the reminder was delayed despite confirming the time. Straight away I couldn't trust it.
