It has been a very good experience. We needed a opportunity for employees worldwide to write a note for our CEO who retired. The product is easy to use, and when we needed assistance they responded very quick.
Brand new Memofreeze user. I signed up for a Plus tier event, and immediately ran into a question about how to best set up the features. Customer service answered my question within minutes, and promptly offered a refund when it became obvious I hadn't quite understood how one of the features would work. I was able to alter my design in order to continue using Memofreeze for my event, though. All in all, a great experience right from the start!
