On 19th August 2025 we ordered 2…

On 19th August 2025 we ordered 2 dresses. Delivery followed but none of the both ordered dresses were the right ones. We asked for a return and then misery came up.... We needed to sent back the dresses to China (74,40 euro shipping cost) and on 16thDec2025 we received after more than 20 emails and discussions the original amount back. Shipping costs are lost. Never, never order with this company, you get the wrong things and you are losing your money.....

Memeqq & Marxell are SCAMMERS * BEWARE!

I saw Marxell & Memeqq's ads for clothes while on Pinterest on 8/15/25, along with several other similar ads for the same type of clothing, all looked alike but had different website addresses. (I found out later they are all the same fraudulent company.) I checked several of the advertisers websites with ScamAdvisor.com. Both Memeqq & Marxell had safe ratings while the other's did not. I ended up purchasing several pieces of clothing from both Memeqq & Marxell. ($91.05 on Memeqq, $65.97 on Marxell, totaling $157.02.) I received my packages on 9/5 & quickly realized I was sent fake products, completely different items than what I ordered from their websites. These were all fakes that barely mimic the original products they advertised. I Immediately got a hold of them & demanded a full refund, stating if they wanted their scam items back to send me a prepaid return label. That began a 4 week argument back & forth with both scam companies. Both denying refunds unless I paid to return them to China myself.

I repeatedly told them I was going to report them if they didn’t refund me, but they only replied with condescending form letters claiming that I was a “dear customer” & they wanted to make this right & how sorry they were for the inconvenience. Then they proceeded to tell me that if I wanted a refund, I’d have to send the products back TO CHINA myself. I sent them screenshots of THEIR OWN WEBSITES stating that THEY WILL PROVIDE A PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL if there was anything wrong with the items. They replied several times, ignoring everything I said, ignoring the photos that clearly showed their scam products compared to their advertisements (obviously using someone else’s merchandise AND someone else’s advertisements,) as well as ignored the screenshots of THEIR websites promising to supply a prepaid return label. They don’t care. They finally offered me to keep the clothes & they would refund me 20%, claiming that shipping to China is very expensive & it’s likely to get lost in the mail anyways, & if/when that happens, they wouldn’t refund me. I of course declined their offer & they merely replied with another condescending dismissal of my requests, telling me I had to pay to return the items to China myself if I want a refund. BUYER BEWARE THESE SCAMMERS!!!
