I recently submitted a request for support via their online contact form. I received a reply in 12 hours! Sinisa was able to provide the information I required in a clear and concise manner, which provided a solution to the problem I encountered. Sinisa then provided additional information to assist me and followed up to ensure my problem was rectified. In these days of lackluster customer support service that appears to be the norm, MemberPress has demonstrated that they have higher standard and that standard was met through our interaction. Sinisa is an excellent ambassador for MemberPress.

Customer service is phenomenal. Very thorough and professional responses giving me a lot of clarity and help on the subjects I was having issues with. Highly recommend!

We've used MemberPress long enough to have been through several Legacy editions...starting with a plan that fit our needs which then ended up becoming a "legacy" option. The plans, legacy and new upgraded options, have always been exceptionally thoughtfully designed.

But the crown jewel in the MemberPress realm is their customer service. We've been repeatedly blessed to work with Jennifer who is so good at what she does we believe she should be provided given a magnificent raise before she leaves to start her own membership program for stellar customer service. She's that good.

We have been using MemberPress for 5 years. It does a great job in providing a dependable member interface. I especially appreciate the MP support, incredibly supportive with prompt, helpful responses to address our questions or any issues which may arise.

It has really helped my business grow - I particularly like the membership features that simplify the process of what otherwise would be very hard to manage.

I've recently invested in MemberPress for my WordPress website and I'm very pleased with the decision.
Although there's a learning curve, the system is extremely powerful and opens up so many possibilities for memberships, online courses and digital products. I'm gradually building everything from free crochet courses to paid memberships, and it's becoming clear just how much MemberPress can do.
The support resources and tutorials have been very helpful, and I'm looking forward to making even more use of the platform as my business grows.

I have been using MembressPress since 2022, many issues along the way that we had to take care.

Most of the new version are colluding with other plugin on a daily/weekly basis, many times I had to take my website down (loss of revenue)

Thanks to AI now you don't need this type of plugin anymore, it took me 2 hours to create my own software, so far running pretty smooth. I have been using it since the latest update of Memberpress that took my website out again.

Funny to say I used a pirated version, no need to do such thing to have all your plugins colliding.

When I contacted the support about this issue, asking to cancel this subscription - I received no help, only the help to cancel my subscription.

As said, don't spend money to rely on others, spend time to build your own software guys.

MemberPress is an absolute godsend. I was recommended to it two years ago when I was trying to find a good platform to host my one-off digital downloads, courses, recurring memberships, and one-off appointments.

My needs were quite complex, and I was battling between the platforms Kajabi and LearnWorlds, neither of which did what I needed entirely well. I would have to do hacks to get them to work, and they were very expensive at the feature tiers that I needed.

It was by mere chance that I stumbled upon MemberPress, which did everything that I wanted and more. And best of all, it could seamlessly integrate within my already existing WordPress website. It cost significantly less. It gave me more flexibility. It had, by default, way more options to fine-tune it. And anything that was missing, I was able to get a developer to tweak, all within my own WordPress website. It gave me very detailed reports and integrated with so many other plugins and systems on my website that I was already comfortable with. As time went by, the developers kept adding more and more features at my existing membership! And now they have this amazing circles feature, which is basically communities that the online world is moving towards, AND a dedicated coaching plugin! They keep adding amazing features and systems that I don't even know I needed yet, but when they add them, I immediately use them because they are so well made and fit very well with my business, services, and products.

I am so happy with my choice, and I highly recommend it to any course creator, book creator, coach, or community maintainer out there. This IS what you're looking for, hands down. It's going to give you so many capabilities and so many possibilities that you're not even aware of yet. Give it a try. I guarantee you will not regret it.

The company representatives, in this case Jennifer was responsive, service oriented in very good ways, on a billing issue and operated in a way person to person that showcases Memberpress's values and interest in the people choosing their services. It left a lasting postive impression with me.

I use MemberPress to run my membership business and I'm really pleased with some of the developments they've made over the last few years. I had a separate LMS but now host my courses through MemberPress, and I've recently moved my community forum over to their newer product, ClubSuite. I won't lie and say they're perfect products yet, but they're decent, and it brings everything together and makes it easier to manage being in the same system. I had a bit of trouble working on the setup and configuration, and I had a slightly different use case/request than it offers out of the box, but the support has been brilliant. A particular shout-out to Euler Arthur who has been really, really helpful. We had several emails back and forth and I never felt like a ticket that needs to be closed quickly. Rather than just try and solve the particular problem in front of me, Euler considered my end goals and suggested a different approach. Even little things like offering some custom code to help with some front-end formatting were so helpful.

MemberPress customer care is amazing and they respond within 24 hours. I am thankful for their attentive assistance!

Just started using MemberPress subscription. Love the platform. Tutorials are easy to follow. Customer service has been great too. Working on my first course already. Thank you.

Overall MemberPress has been a good experience. There are times where it is overly cumbersome and requires some research to find the right automation fit with other plugins and applications, but its never more than a minor annoyance and certianly isn't obstructive to the work.

Memberpress has disgusting subscription policies. I emailed them within 24 hours of them charging my card - and while they talk about a grace policy in other reviews, they refuse to do the refund. I'm speaking with my bank and I will never recommend this horrible company.

Great support at MemberPress. First class program!

There have rarely been any issues, but when there have been, the support team is fast and helpful. This time, I have had several issues, many of which were conflicts, mainly with other plugins. Sam was relentless in fixing them, even on a Friday afternoon, so I didn't have to put my site in maintenance mode over the weekend. I remembered that a few years ago, Sam was caring and helpful.

Sam in support is incredible. I'm serious that I wouldn't have stuck with MP if it weren't for his incredible support helping me navigate tech issues that were above my head. He's gone above and beyond helping me migrate from LearnDash to MemberPress and assisting with the Divi formatting issues and coding problems I was having. There is absolutely no way I could have gotten to where I am setting all this up without his assistance. I haven't launched yet but he's been helping me through the four months that I've been working on this and it's been invaluable.

I hope Memberpress knows what a valuable gem he is to the company!

I am still in the 14-day trial period, but so far I like what I see. Their support team is excellent. I worked with Euler Arthur who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and solved my issue. I hope all of their support reps are like Euler and that I wasn't just lucky to get the best on the team! I would highly recommend MemberPress.
