it takes a long time to get the email for the tickets. trying to redeem them but it’s been 10 minutes and no email. the code for this survey came faster than the tickets

Easy access to discount options available and excellent deal offered on theme park tickets we needed.

Fast access and very clear instructions on the process.

It was easy to use and I saved about $22 altogether after taxes and fees on three tickets well worth it.

I love how simple the process is and the discounts.

Update: After talking to the hotel, memberdeals.com did not include the $35 cleaning fee with the base price. Instead, it appears it was tacked onto the taxes. I don’t know if it’s how the hotel lists it or how this website operates, but in my opinion was unethical to say “all fees included” and not actually include all the fees in the listed price. I will not be utilizing this website in the future because of this.

Overcharged for taxes and deceiving pricing for hotel booking through the website. They advertised a $72 room “all fees included” with $47 (65%!!!) worth of taxes not clearly indicated upfront. On the last page, when entering payment info, I still saw the original room rate on the order and delivery details, apparently completely overlooked the summary amount that was caught up in the banners at the top because I saw what I thought I was paying below the banners, and hit purchase. The full cost summary should have ALSO been at the bottom, right next to the “purchase” button! Now I’m stuck with it because I was booking for later today and cancellation would have needed to happen before today. I don’t even know if this would be a memberdeals.com issue or the hotel via memberdeal.com.

Trying to figure out how to use the codes on the tickets to purchase movie on the AMC App is confusing and I have not been able to purchase tickets online as is advertised by AARP Member Deals.

My first time booking hotel on this website, it was easy and straightforward. Discounted prices were great for this hotel. Will wait and see how my check-in at hotel goes.

It took me a couple of tries to narrow the search down to the location I wanted. Once that happened I found a very good hotel at a considerable discount.

SCAM! Memberdeals.com- booked hotel through GovX.com who uses memberdeals.com for hotel reservations. Hotel accomodations were not as advertised (room width was a sliver of a room the width of a king size bed) with a shower toilet combo... not what was advertised/ shown in the booking pictures. Paid for one night because it was too late to change hotels (checked in at 11:45pm at night) and have an email from the assistant General Manager that the remaining stay was refunded. This was provided to memberdeals.com as part of the refund process. Memberdeals will not reveal their partner and has responded that their partner has denied my claim for a refund of the nights that were refunded. Their partner is Expedia.com as noted on the registration notes of the hotel. Memberdeals.com through GovX.com has stolen $1,369.26 from me.

UPDATE! Hours after sibmitting this review I received a denial for my refund request. The response provided by memberdeals.com is false. This is now in dispute with my credit card company as I did not receive services paid for as noted by the email provided by the hotel stating they were issuing a refund.
