One of the outfits I bought was perfect. The other was sent to me with a giant hole in it. The return was simple so that was a positive & I got a refund except for being charged for shipping it back which was kind of silly because I wouldn’t have had to send it back if it wasn’t sent to me with a hole.

Barbara made it so easy to get an item exchanged! I was pleasantly surprised…Other than one wrong item, my order was delivered on schedule. And of course, the clothes are always super cute! 🥰

Ordered several things from Melvoir most of them fit! The few that I had to return or exchange were done easily. Shipments were quick also. Will definitely shop here more often.

The dress arrived in a timely manner and looked exactly like it was pictured. I bought it for my niece’s wedding amd got so many compliments on it! I felt beautiful in it! My first Melvoir purchase was a huge winner!!

All of the items I purchased fit perfectly. I am 5’4 and weigh 125. I bought all the dresses in small. They are true to size and look marvelous. Always a great experience.

I received a beautiful orange dress that unfortunately had a little area that was splitting apart. I reached out to their customer service, after sending pictures, they refunded me my money back no questions asked. They are always so helpful. I've had great experience with this company. I think they have excellent quality for the prices, the shipping is always quick, and returning items is easy and seamless. I recommend Melvoir and will purchase from them again.

The dress is well worth the sales price. I did cut one of the petals because it looked unnatural at the top of the dress, off the fabric. I'm concerned that after more wears, the fabric will likely get stuck in the zipper as well. Overall, the dress was lovely, and I received several compliments. I'm 5'9 and wore heels, and it came just below my shoes. Bonus for tall gals. I'm in between sizes according to the size chart. I'm a med waist but large hips, so I went with size large, and it fit me just right.

First time buying from this site. I accidentally reordered two pants and yall reimbursed me immediately which was nice and got all my clothes in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for more
