Beautiful non plastic packaging. Prompt delivery and above all beautiful tasting chocolate, you can feel the care taken.

I made a last minute Valentine's Day purchase for friends in London, and it was not only delivered on time, but they came back a second time, since my friends were not home the first time! It has been a great experience. Thanks to them I was able to give a birthday surprise to my daughter, who was on vacation in London. I am Spanish and, to make everything easier for me, a person who spoke my language, Neus, called me on the phone, who was charming. They resolved everything like a charm and brought their wonderful chocolates to the hotel.

Delicious chocolates, a repeat buyer. Dark Salt is a favourite, along with Wild and currently enjoying the Dark CBD bars. Highly recommend a visit and a buy!

Bought a selection of vegan chocolates as a gift. When they arrived, the smaller boxes had chocolate on them and the larger box had ingredients on the back staying MILK. These are vegan chocolates! Called to address the situation and was told that they use the same boxes regardless of what’s inside and that the menu card would clarify. I had to open the box to double check as like I say, the gift was for a vegan. Taking into consideration the price I paid for these chocolates, I would expect an ingredients list that matches the contents. Definitely won’t be gifting them after having to open them and likewise, will not be shopping here again.

I’m a long standing returning customer of Melt. Excellent customer service every time, really responsive and always help over the phone. I use Melt for family, friends and all occasions and am never disappointed. They keep their ideas fresh and natural and I applaud their eco friendly packaging. It’s an all round excellent company and a pleasure to buy from.

Amazing company. Had box sent to dear friend staying in hotel. First off, they actually pick up the phone. They are also glad to help. And then they really do help. They had thought about friend check in date. So held on to shipment a little longer. When I called to inform, they sent it right away, promised to call me back when it was underway, then actually did call me back (in 45 minutes) and left mail with trace code.

I originally found Melt Chocolate online for their hot chocolate, but since going there I’ve found that there’s no other chocolate I would rather eat!
The woman that helped us in the store was so knowledgeable and sweet that it was the perfect birthday experience.

Best chocolate gifts around - and best selection of cards too!

I’am always happy to write a review about my Melt experience. I have been buying from melt for afew years now, the best word to describe melt is ‘quality’. I mostly buy hot chocolate and brownies to send to friends in the colder months but I also buy afew caddys for myself at Christmas too. It’s now become a tradition that I always send friends far from me melt hot choc and I also give my friends and family near by melt hot choc with all the trimmings. Fun experiences and memories are so important, especially at Christmas. Which is why I like to send your hot chocolate blocks or caddy’s as it’s affordable for me but it also creates a fun experience and memory. My friend sent me a picture of her family of 4 sat around the fire and enjoying two hot choc I sent them.

➖Fantastic packaging
➖Smooth, hassle free buying process. I can’t comment on service as I’ve never needed to contact them.
➖I mainly buy the hot choc for myself & friends, the bars and brownies but every item is the highest quality.
➖I like that there are items suitable for those with a smaller budget.
➖Easy to use website, good descriptions and pictures of all the items.

Constructive criticism
I LOVE your hot chocolate, I would love to see a different flavour of buttons or a hot chocolate set/hamper for 2024.
I enjoy sending friends the hot chocolate caddy’s in the colder months & at Christmas as gift. I would really like to give them a set/hamper. I think it would be really cool and exciting to send someone a set that includes everything you need to make the ultimate melt hot chocolate.
-Hot choc caddy or blocks
-Mini marshmallows
-A flake or choc buttons.
-Maybe a twist on toppings like dried rasp to go with your dark hot choc for vegans & dairy free.

These chocolates are one of the best I have ever tried. They are of high quality and exeptional. I like the variety of chocolates you can choose from and the fact that they are hand made and that they use natural organic ingredients. I am looking forward to buying again in the future.

Purchased as a Christmas gift, so can't comment on the actual chocolates although I'm told that it's the recipients favourite brand of chocolate, so they should/t be disappointed.
However, the delivery, service and packaging of the items was excellent.
Arrived in a well packaged and well presented box.

Melt is the absolute best chocolate, imho! My husband and I treat ourselves with melt at all our special occasions - birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Tuesdays... :) I highly recommend their chocolates to anyone who loves chocolate. You can't go wrong with melt.

These are the best chocolates for grown-ups ever, well according to my Dad. But I have to agree they are pretty darned good! Not cheap, and the fresh ones have a use by date, but they are always quickly delivered and taste amazing. And it is good to know you are supporting a small British business.
