This is a completely dishonest platform. The moment I started winning, my account was blocked with a vague accusation and no real evidence. Support only sends copy-paste replies and refuses to explain anything.

They took my deposit, then stopped me from withdrawing my winnings. In my case, this looks like a deliberate scam tactic: let the player deposit, and once there is a profit, block the account and keep the money.

Facts:

I made a real deposit.

I won fairly.

My account was blocked after the win.

My money was not returned.

Support does not provide proof or a real solution.

I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this site. If something goes wrong, they will not protect you — they will simply block you and keep your funds.

It is more related to the fact that they aggresively promotes gambling instead of repsonsable gambling.

The censore any message in their social media platforms, which explains that mathematically is imposible to win on long run and that casino is a very expensive stressfull hobby.

Even the below 5 stars reviews are fake and for sure written by the casino itself. The casino is mainly focused on Russian speaking public and the language used is not typicall for this part of the world.

I have the only account, they blocked my money as I started to win a little. The money was blocked, they don't even refund the deposit and ignore me.

I deposited a total of $1,200 on mellstroy.game.
At the time my account was blocked, my balance was $1,416.

My account was blocked under generic accusations (fraud / AML / multi-accounting),
but no evidence, specific actions, or transactions were ever provided.

I contacted customer support multiple times asking for clarification and proof,
but received no response at all.

As of now, the full balance remains withheld.
I am sharing this experience to warn other players and hope the company will finally respond and resolve the issue properly.

This is a SCAM casino of one lf the biggest bellorussian stream Andrey Burim (Mellstroy). Casino dont provide any payments and asking for infinitive verificaion profess, even if you were deposit raw money in crypto without any bonuses!!!

Deposited money not always credited by crypto. Wait 2 weeks when will be credited 60usd, but I transfer 100usd, they saying deposit compleated ( have made deposit on 9th Jan). Thives, scamers, not play there.

15 days waiting for verification result, 1900€ in withdrawals not paid.

Email support only gives copy pasted messages in russian.
