Ordered the Cloud pillow three weeks ago. Have not received any information regarding my order nor have I received any response to the messages sent through customer support. Very disappointed and I am out of the money

Never received order

If I can give zero stars, I would. It has been over a month with no response from customer service. Or anybody on their team in regards to a comfort that I ordered over a month ago. I have reached out several times in regards to my order. I am unable to reach anyone. No one has responded to my emails or even bothered to reach out. The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Someone needs to report them to the better business bureau for their unlawful, advertisement of delivery or customer service. They will steal your money and not even respond.

Buyers Beware

I strongly urge anyone considering Mellow Sleep pillows to think twice before purchasing. My experience raises serious concerns about deceptive marketing and questionable business practices.

First, the level of marketing spam is overwhelming and misleading. You’re constantly hit with “24-hour sale” messaging that never actually ends. This creates a false sense of urgency and feels intentionally manipulative rather than promotional.

Second—and more concerning as the pillow emitted the strong memory foam gas odor for over a week—I was explicitly told by a customer service agent that their pillows use memory foam certified by CertiPUR-US®. This is a recognized certification that ensures foam meets strict standards for safety, emissions, and durability. When I asked for proof, they could not provide it. I then verified directly through the CertiPUR-US® database, and Mellow Sleep is NOT listed as a certified company. This is not a small oversight—this is a materially false claim about product safety and quality.

Finally, my return experience was unacceptable and borderline fraudulent. After returning the product, the company failed to acknowledge receipt and did not process my refund in a timely manner. It required repeated follow-ups (over a month), and the lack of transparency made it feel like they were hoping I would simply give up. This raises serious concerns about how many other customers may be experiencing the same issue.

Between the misleading sales tactics, false certification claims, and poor (or evasive) handling of returns, I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.

Buyers beware.

STAY AWAY

Order never shipped. After 11 days contacted them via email. Not only has it not shipped, but it hasn’t even been fulfilled. Support email refused to cancel the order multiple times because the order was already “processing”. Absolute BS company who has failed entirely to deliver on any level whatsoever. Will be filing a BBB complaint.

Slow Delivery

I bought the pillow and a cover. I paid for it through Paypal...$74.70! It never arrived. I tried to call them. I emailed them. NOTHING! Now I have filed a case with Paypal. I think it is a huge scam and I certainly advise against it.
Update after weeks of contacting them it arrived.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM this crooked company. I purchased their pillows and it gave me neck pain and headache. I had to spend $85 for chiro adjustment and $100 for massage. I reached out for refund since they offer 30day trial. They were going to charge me $15 to return which would have left me with a $4 refund. What kind of refund is this?!?! They kept offering me a store credit. There is nothing I want or need from their website. I also had a comforter on its way but after this experience I emailed to say I dont want it. They can re route my order. I have no idea if I'll get charged for returning that thing but I'm sure I will. If you do try amy of their things... do not expect any of your money back. BTW, the pillows are way too high and they are not that soft. Advertised as hotel soft. Whoever wrote that clearly has never slept in nice hotels.

Customer Service is Non-Existent

I placed an order for 2 regular pillows, 1 tall pillow and 3 pillow cases on 2/25/26. I have only received part of my order and I have emailed many times and no one responds. At this point I would not purchase any items from this company.

I ordered a comforter on February 19

I ordered a comforter on February 19. I have had zero communication from this company regarding it. I have tried to get in touch with them twice for a refund and they will not respond to me at all. Order number 501207, now I’m stuck in limbo. I guess I will have to contact my bank.

FINAL REVIEW (4/21/26)

LAST UPDATE:
Well, finally after 32 days, my comforter finally arrived! While this whole experience has been extremely frustrating, the quality of these items is really great. My gut feeling is that this company grew too fast too soon. I think they are genuine about trying to please their customers - but just don't have the manpower. Everyone I dealt with was super apologetic, and seemed sincere. I probably won't order again for awhile hoping they get caught up. That being said, If you have time to wait, I do recommend their products! I hope everyone who is waiting gets their orders soon.
FIRST UPDATE:
I finally heard back - they are sending me a complimentary pillow while I wait, which is very nice. But I will update further when/if my comforter ever arrives. So far no update. Stay tuned......

I am extremely disheartened with this company. My first order was great - shipping was kind of slow but not bad. HOWEVER ... I decided to order another comforter as they now offer colors. They quoted 10 days. Sent me updates - finally got the "order is being completed and will ship in a few days." Then I get the " shipping will now be 4-6 weeks!" I was livid. I contacted them & they offered to send me another white one - which I don't want because I already have one. I asked to substitute a different blanket (the temperature one) and they have just stopped responding. I have sent countless emails with ZERO reply. Love the items - company & customer service sucks. So now they have my money & I have nothing. RUN. RUN FAR, RUN FAST. I will never buy from them again.

They are a scam

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I ordered the “MarshMellow Comforter” expecting a thick, fluffy, high-quality product as shown on their website. However, what I received was completely different.

The comforter is extremely flat, has visible square stitching (which is not shown in the product images), and the material is not double-sided as advertised. The description clearly mentions a soft “baby-grade fabric” side, but both sides of the product I received are the same.

The overall quality and finishing are also poor and do not match the neat, premium look shown online.

This is not a minor difference — it is a completely different product than what is advertised.

I have reported this to Klarna as “item not as described” and am currently waiting for a resolution.

Based on my experience, this feels very misleading and not trustworthy. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this website.

I was forced to give a star it would…

I was forced to give a star it would not let me continue without it.

Customer service is horrible. After purchasing a comforter, I was given a 20% coupon for future orders. Decided to purchase 4 pillows.

However. The 20% was not deducted from my order. I was not able to cancel the order. I have tried to email the company multiple times to not avail.
There is no phone number I have searched.

I tried one last email and was ignored.
I will be refusing the order.

I would suggest NOT PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY. GET A DOWN COMFORTER

DO NOT ORDER

Got the pillow and, although comfortable, it smelled horrible. Even worse though, I ordered well over a month ago and never received my comforter. They finally answered one email asking if I would accept a different color and then disappeared again. I can’t get a response on any outlet. They delete comments asking about missing orders from their social media and they’re doing a huge advertising push when they admittedly do not have the supply to meet the demand. DO NOT ORDER. RUN!

Fraud!!

Bought a comforter from them. Got charged the money. 20 days later no shipping information nothing. Asked for a refund. They refused to give it to me. Now they’re refusing to respond to any messages. Definitely a fraudulent company.
