I’ve never before paid 1000kr for jeans that cannot be washed.
After one wash the label on the backside of the jeans had ruined both the pants, and another t-shirt of mine, with colored stains all over. When asking for a refund, I was met by a customer “service” that refused compensation, because, apparently, it had never happened before, and therefore they wouldn’t compensate for my damaged clothes.
My advice - STAY AWAY
I take full responsibility for not reading the fine print before buying these – unfortunately, I missed the fact that the trousers cannot be machine washed.
However, I have never owned a pair of trousers before that weren't machine washable, and had I known this beforehand, I would never have bought them. In my opinion, 800 DKK is a very high price to pay for trousers that are so difficult to maintain.
It really makes me ask the question: Who would buy trousers that can only be washed by hand? For me, it completely ruins the value of the purchase.
