They were extremely efficient and well-prepared, and they solved my problem clearly and professionally.

The glasses are of excellent quality, lightweight, and you can really notice the quality of the lenses. I will definitely do business with them again.

Extremely disappointing delivery and cancellation service

I am extremely disappointed with Meller’s delivery service. I placed an order by mistake and cancelled it within just 5 minutes, but despite cancelling almost immediately, the order was still processed and shipped without properly respecting my cancellation request.

Now, if I want to return the order, I am expected to pay €15 for the return. This is completely unreasonable, especially when I tried to cancel the order only minutes after placing it.

Because of this, I now have two identical pairs of sunglasses, even though I only needed one. I had actually wanted to take advantage of the “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” offer by exchanging my single pair for two different sunglasses, but this situation has made the whole experience extremely frustrating.

The customer experience and delivery handling have been very disappointing. A cancellation made within minutes should be handled properly instead of forcing the customer to deal with unnecessary return costs.

I am completely dissatisfied with this experience and, based on how this situation has been handled, I would not recommend Meller to my friends or anyone else.

Sunglasses were delivered quickly. Nicely packaged & they look great & feel solid.

33$ duties for a 99$ purchase seems excessive to me, you guys should provide a calculator on the website so clients are aware

Very disappointed with my experience. I understood from the advertisement that I would receive a second pair of sunglasses for free. I paid almost double the price, but only received one pair.

After I complained, I did receive a refund, which I appreciate. However, I still never received the free pair of sunglasses that was advertised.

Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be ordering again. Sorry, but I expected the offer to be honoured as advertised.

The carrier never delivered my package— their name was UniUni. The image of the delivery was a blacked out image and I had to start a claim for the missing package. Customer service responses were extremely slow and took over a week. Ultimately I disputed this with my bank but it was disappointing because I love meller glasses, but I won’t be ordering anything anytime soon if their carrier doesn’t change to a more reputable and reliable company.

Hello I am writing this to appreciate this brand so much…. I lost my parcel through Evri delivery. I informed them and Meller actually send me my order again. I am so thankful.❤️

I’ve been waiting a month for these these glasses, apparently according to support they got lost in the post but have not sent a replacement. I’ve been waiting weeks to hear back. Complete joke of a company.
